Overall a very nice stay! Very clean and hostess met us and was super wonderful. Elevator is a game changer if you have an elderly dog or person! Tv is fire stick, so good luck figuring out how to get basic ABC channel, or working it in general. I

This house was amazing with the Ocean views from any room. Communication with rental Managers was amazing and friendly.

Lovely property! A couple of issues came up while we were there but Gina was quick to take care of them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house for the week! Communication very easy with the property manager, and the couple issues that we ran into were quickly resolved with the manager. The house could definitely use some improvements as it was a little dated and drafty, but the location could not be better!

We had a memorable experience.

Location, cleanliness and Realtor were great, but the house needs maintenance. Several exterior and interior doors were very hard to open or close. AC filters were old, dirty and musty. I installed new air filters, but the house (especially lower floor) smelled musty/moldy all week. All 4 bathrooms had been updated and were very clean. The kitchen was clean and well supplied with dishes and cookware, but the cabinet doors are delaminating.

The location felt safe and quiet. Beach access was easy and the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was nice, spacious and well stocked.Would recommend new locks for the doors as not all of them worked. Overall, a great beach rental and recommend to others!

We have been going to Holden Beach for over 10 years. It is our favorite place. This by far was the worst experience we have had with a rental property. When we arrived the house was not cleaned at all. We had to wait almost 3 hours for the cleaning crew to complete their cleaning. The garbage bags were removed from the garbage cans but the bottom of them were still dirty. The shower curtains in each bathroom had mold on them and the house had not had a deep cleaning done. There was dust on the vents and dirt on the doors and walls. The house is not well maintained as the hardwood floors are swollen and the doors in the closets and out to the porches either couldn't be opened or stuck. Good thing my husband had WD40 as we had to spray the doors to the porch in order to open easier. The toilet in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor wouldn't flush. A maintenance man was sent out and fixed it but later that day it still did not flush all the way so we did not use that bathroom. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom on the 3rd floor was coming out of the wall so we did not put the toilet paper on the holder. We had no lights on the stairs in the front or back so trying to walk down the stairs was dangerous. A maintenance person did come out 3 days later and replace the front fixture and we then had light in the front but none in the back. The stairs on the porch in the front were very dangerous and uneven. We paid for linens and were only give one towel each.

Our family really enjoyed our time together. The views and beach location was fantastic. We enjoyed the surrounding area and were happy to not be overwhelmed by crowds. The house was spacious and the elevator which serviced the top floor only was nice for bringing in and packing out our luggage. The house was beautifully decorated. Although, an update to furniture and mattresses is needed though as they are showing there age and usage. Lastly, while the house was overall clean, there was an obvious lack of detailed cleaning. Accumulated, dust and dirt in corners and dried food in the garage can was unappealing. The deck and furniture also needs to be cleaned and refurbished.

Nice house with outstanding views. Plenty of room for group of 6 and a dog. Very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!!

This is the second year we have rented this property for our beach vacation and it was another great experience. Perfect location and the elevator made it possible for grandparents to enjoy the week as well. The property manager, Gina, was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
