This house is everything my family was looking for during our beach. It is clean, well kept and the location cannot be beat. Also had everything we needed for our infant son as well.The owner was responsive and accommodating.I debated reviewing the property, because I wanted to keep the secret to myself, for future dates.Will definitely stay again.

House was clean. Great location to public access to beach. The only suggestion I would make are, better up keep on property grounds. Lots of weeds(tall weeds) in the landscaping and grounds.

Enjoyed our vacation!

We took a family trip and had a great time! The public beach access is SO close, and it makes trips much easier to do with all your beach supplies. There is a grocery store within 10 minutes from the house. The home itself housed us all comfortably! Perfect location for a family with small children. The front deck is a popular hang out and the street was very quiet and relaxing!

Very accommodating host and rental. It was perfect for a quick get away to a beautiful beach. The kids loved having the beach toys and ping pong table. It was great and I highly recommend.

We made the carport into a reception area and had a wedding on the beach. It was a great space for this use. We had to trim the tree off the steps to the front door. A little landscaping would help. We also replaced all the bulbs to the lights in the carport. Overall though it was just what we needed.

Beach was beautiful , people are friendly , owner of property fast to respond to questions . Restaurants we went to were nice . It’s a very quiet , family , kid friendly and felt safe kinda of vacation area . Was our first family vacation at Holden Beach .

Great location and short walk to beach which was great with kids. The wagons and beach chairs/toys provided were a great addition so you don’t have to pack those. Front porch is great for mornings and evens looking out at ocean. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Holden Beach!

We have stayed here twice now. Once with extended family and this time just me my wife and two kids to look at property for sale on the island. We like the updates from the last time we stayed. All furniture is clean as well as the entire house. It’s not a new fully renovated property which is completely fine. The one thing I would like to see is an urgency to get the ceilings squared away. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! At the price point this is listed at and location on the island being second row you will not find anything comparable. If you’re bringing kids leave the toys and wagons at home. They have plenty for the beach here readily available! Can’t wait to call Holden our second home soon. In the meantime we will always stay here at the seascape.

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. The location is fantastic and the large front porch has ocean views and plenty of space to relax. There is also tons of parking which was a big reason I booked this house because we had people coming from all different locations and needed parking for 5 cars. I would definitely recommend this house and book it again!

This house reminded me of the houses that used to be common on HB. I love the older style from my youth so if you're looking for modern/new, this isn't it. Everything was good and clean. Bright and cheerful. I'll just add a few notes for suggestions. The ceilings were in disrepair in places with buckling of plywood. The king room mattress was very hard, almost like sleeping on wood. The front door threshold needs to be replaced as my husband cut his toe because it's not nailed down properly and flaps every time you go through the door. In the kitchen a few basics are not supplied like, cookie sheets, measuring cups, there is one martini glass, needs larger serving trays and cooking utensils and gadgets could use replacing. The toaster oven is really small and only toasts on one side. We cook a lot while we are there so these things are important to us. Lastly, the outdoor shower is fantastic but the neighbors kitchen window looks directly into it so be aware of that. We would definitely stay here again and since we drive, we would pack the things that we missed not having.

We needed a place to extend our vacation by a few days and this house fit the bill. We were close to the beach and the extras (beach chairs, beach wagons, ping pong table) were nice amenities. I would stay here again.

Professionally managed property made my entire vacation better. I did not worry about any of the details, everything was just there, no need to invest time in thinking about anything other than going to the beach. Perfect, thank you.

Our “sibling” vacation week at The Seascape was a great week! The house was the perfect place to stay for the budget we had. (Especially to be second row!) The location was very convenient and just a few short steps to the sand. The Seascape was clean upon arrival and equipped with everything you would need, also very kid-friendly!! Check-in was super easy. The Hosts’ were attentive and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

This property was so clean and no problems at all. Close walk to the beach. Everything you need to stay at the beach. Beach towels, wagons, beach toys. Lovely front deck to enjoy your coffee and you can see the water. Toni was wonderful

Very clean and cozy beach house. Amazing location, so close to beach access. Loved the beach chairs, wagons, and boogie boards that were in the garage. Super helpful! Loved the deck and the rocking chairs on the deck. The only thing I couldn’t find in the kitchen was a pizza cutter, and we ran out of toilet paper, but other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Made new memories with my grandkids and relived precious memories of my sister who lived in Holden beach in the 90s and recently passed away.

This location is amazingly convenient with a two minute or less walk to the beach access. Cozy and clean home. Blazing fast responses from the property manager. We had a great stay here.

The house was a perfect location for folks that just want some real peace and quiet.
