This house will not disappoint, as it provides incredible long-range views of the Lake from nearly every room in the house, including the kitchen! Wake up to MAJESTIC views each morning from three of the four bedrooms - each with its own sliding glass door leading to the deck! Take a short walk on a gentle sloping lot to the dock and waters edge, where you will find a private beach with only several steps into the crystal-clear water. Spacious boat house featuring 17x30 foot dock (newly stained fall of 2025) provides ample space for sitting at the wrought iron table (with umbrella), zero gravity chairs, sunbathing or watching the children do cannon balls. Depth off the end of the dock is approximately 6 feet. For fisherman - wonderful fishing is available directly off the dock and shoreline. After a GREAT day on the Lake, sit by the firepit roasting smores or just reconnect with family and friends.
