Oceanfront Oasis with Private Pool, Beach Access & Stunning Views – Perfect for

Rented this house during Easter break. Great house. However needed a little cleaning under beds to remove trash and dust balls. We were heckled and threatened by community handyman on our last day. He accused our guest of breaking community gate based on a security cam view. He didn’t review photos accurately before making assumptions. Our guest was rightfully very upset especially since we all knew he never left house and his jeep was never moved and his jeep never showed any damage, scratches or other. Unfortunately the incident took away from the fun we had during the visit and we would hesitate to stay at properties in this neighborhood with a security person who doesn’t do his homework accurately before accusing. Otherwise everything else was wonderful

Beautiful home. Very Comfortable. Great location. However, we had an eighty-eight year old and one on disability. We were excited about having an elevator which we had never had before. Unfortunately, it was out of service at the time we were there. We were notified of the inconvenience the week before our arrival. It was to late to look for or book something else. The guest with disabilities was pretty much stuck on the main floor due to being unable to walk up and down the stairs a lot. This was not the fault of the owner or the Realty. The manufacturer had a recall on the elevator. I would rent the property again but only if the elevator is working. I am expecting some monetary compensation for the inconvenience with the elevator. We'll see..............

No complaints was very nice. Lots of room. We found that a couple of rockers on main porch were almost broken. Might completely break if large person sat hard. Like being able to walk to beach from main and bottom floor. And weather was great, except for hurricane (which was scary but house held up fine, just rocked). The large master on top left leaked at bottom left of sliding door during storm but we got it up with towels. All in all a wonderful week. Thank you.

This home was perfect for our family even though we didn't use two of the bedrooms. We loved having our own walkway to the beach with a good view from all ocean front rooms. The family room space was ideal for a large family where we could watch TV, work on a puzzle, read a good book and chat while sharing the same space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals on a few nights. This was the first vacation that we took our dog and he did great sitting on the front porch, taking long walks in the nice neighborhood and loving the beach. We brought a little pool for the dog to take his daily baths after the beach which was perfect on the lower patio by the hose. The only comments that we suggest are to have some kind of footbath when you come off of the walk way so you don't have to get sand in the outdoor shower as it became to sandy to take an outdoor shower. We also felt that the outdoor decking was a little worn and could use some new paint. But all in all we would highly recommend this property.

This is the best house we have ever rented. Excellent location, spacious rooms, and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Not a large pool, but certainly fulfilled our needs. Good view of ocean. The boardwalk to ocean made the walk much easier and enjoyable. Emerald Isle water pressure and taste/smell of water could be improved, but no fault of this wonderful home.
