Amazing Ocean Front View !!!!!!! With Private Pool !!!!!!!!!!!

The vrbo posting and the property were consistent. Everything was as expected. The only complaint would be the strong smell of bug spray in the downstairs area that remained during our 4 day stay and the pool staff presented during our stay to clean the pool and check the chemicals. We were asked to exit the pool, thankfully no chemicals were needed. Would stay at this property again due to close access to the beach and the available pool.

The house is in a great location in regards to the beach and has a fantastic pool! However, the house does feel a bit cramped, which made the few rainy days we had a bit tighter. Would stay again, and recommend!

Just as described and pictured. May not be ocean front but it’s pretty much the next best thing. No house in front to block your view of the water, an easy (& small - so not a ton of cars parking there) public beach access ramp, and you have your toes in the sand. The house was perfect- plenty of room, very comfy beds & quiet bedrooms, your own personal pool and fenced in backyard, Roku to watch whatever streaming service you want, and everything you need to cook. We were told to bring our paper products but they also start you out with a small supply which actually lasted us for a while. Easy to get to wherever you want to go- Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Morehead, & Beaufort, and lots of extra room to have a couple friends come spend a night comfortably if desired. Would definitely recommend and would come back!

Our family had the best time ever. This house was perfect for two small families and especially the kids. The pool was lovely and kept clean all week long, the place was very clean when we arrived. We are already talking about our next trip. The house is so convenient to the beach, Crab Shack, jet ski rentals and more!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was awesome. We all loved the pool as well it being closed in and private. We will definitely stay here again

Very clean! Excellent location! Most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. Owner was quick to respond and help. Other than the week not being long enough the only complaint is the trash didn't get picked up and the king size room on upper level, the door will not close. Would definitely stay again!

This is almost a direct ocean-front location, with a ridiculously short walk to the beach. That, along with the private pool, made it feel like we had our own private beach retreat. Contacting the host was easy, and the reply-back was fast. The house guidelines were few and very reasonable, and the host was great to work with. There is no inside stair connecting the 2 floors, but we knew this in advance, and the 2 sets of outside stairs worked great for our family arrangement. There are multiple eating and entertainment options within 2 miles of the house. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Absolutely top notch! The fenced in pool was key for us as we have a dog and being right across from beach access could not have been more perfect! Would have loved if the 2 floors connected inside but not a problem. The property manager Joyce was phenomenal to work with and so was the staff that came out to replace TV and shock pool after rain storm. The best experience by far from any rental company ever used! We had an amazing week thank you!

This house was perfect for what we needed for our large family. Pool was great and beach access is perfect right across the street! House was clean and had everything we needed to cook.

Location was great. House was great. Pool turned suits green on first day. Lost pool time parts of 3 days because of pool maintenance. Some Porch deck screws sticking up, needed to watch with bare feet

We stayed in this six-bedroom house with five couples, 2 pre-schoolers, and a toddler. The pool is very nice, and the walk to the beach is easy, with access just across the street. The upstairs kitchen/living room is big enough, so that is where we hung out when we were inside. We found the utensils we were looking for. There were lawn chairs and boogie boards to bring to the beach. We had an issue with the pool lights and this was quickly resolved. This is a great place for a family vacation. Just make sure everyone staying at the house is okay with the stairs.
