Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a clean Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has central heat and AC and a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request.
