Great property - very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood.

The house is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel relaxing and peaceful. It made for some privacy as well with a stream in the backyard. I would definitely recommend this cute little place.

We enjoyed our visit to Brevard so much andstaying at this house made it just perfect! The house is so clean and beautifully decorated.We loved walking to town to eat, shop and thenwent for walks in the beautiful neighborhood.

Our stay at Dreamy Cottage for Two was perfect. The location and cottage itself were just right for us. Susie has anticipated all of your needs and provided everything to make your visit comfortable. A short walk into town for coffee, ice cream, shopping, brewery, and food. Short drives to beautiful waterfall hikes and more breweries. Highly recommend.

Great cabin near downtown Brevard. Super clean and nice. Fantastic communication from the host. This was a great place and if we decide to return to Brevard, we will look to book here first.

Everything was clean and welcoming. We loved how close it was to downtown (a little walk). Very cute town!

Beautiful place to stay. Only downside was it wasn’t convenient for walking into town as there are no street lights. Other than that we loved the quiet location and the place itself is fabulous as long as you can manage fairly steep stairs to reach the kitchen. Would stay again.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and well cared for , just like the last time we stayed here. Close to restaurants & parks & downtown. A great place to stay!

This cottage was absolutely beautiful—everything about it felt cozy, clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and truly unwind.One of our favorite parts was how close it was to waterfalls and downtown Brevard. We loved being able to quickly head into town to grab a bite, and then come back to such a quiet, serene space.Our trip went by way too fast, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve slept that well in a long time. It was the perfect little getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and wishing we could stay longer. We would absolutely come back again!

This is our go to place when visiting Brevard. Laurel Cottage is the perfect place for a couple. Very clean, comfortable king size bed, and nice deck off the kitchen on lower level to sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds. Located on a quiet street where you can walk around the neighborhood or go downtown. We met some really nice neighbors who live down the street. Susie is an excellent host. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The cottage was as listed and expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. The linens were fresh, clean and higher end. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. There are 2 bathrooms and both were clean. The showers had good water pressure and we had plenty of hot water. The kitchen had basic dinnerware, cups and glasses and utensils. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but could have! There is a drip coffee maker. We always travel with a small Keurig because my hubby and I enjoy very different coffee.The cottage is located in a residential area so houses are on all sides. Even though this was the case we felt we had privacy. We took our dog out in the backyard and she had plenty of room to sniff around and not get into trouble.The location is great for both hiking and enjoying the downtown. This was our first time to Brevard. There are plenty of dining options and coffee places. Several trailheads are close by for hiking. We definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved the cottage!! It had an older charm to it, but had definitely been updated recently. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our mountain bikes. The house was spotless, smelled amazing, and was bright and airy. I LOVED the little accent of plants throughout the house, as well as the stained glass. The back deck and yard were beautiful. We had daily rain showers which unfortunately left the chairs wet, so we didn’t spend as much time out there as we would have liked. The bed and pillows were some of the best we’ve ever slept on! I’ll be asking the owner where to buy those pillows. Haha We rode our bikes everyday and loved how easy it was to explore Brevard right from the house. We even did a few longer rides (11 and 20 miles) from the house, into the mountains, and back. We will absolutely be staying at the cottage again in the future!!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for the coffee. The yard was beautiful and perfect for our pup. There was even a small leaf blower for the back deck. Perfect for a couple & their pets. Loved the quirky floor plan & lovely antique furniture. King sized bed super comfortable! We will definitely come back!

Excellent spot for a getaway. House has everything you would need. Property was very clean and very quirky just like brevard. This place will be my go to from now on when I return to Brevard!

House was very clean and had a charming feel. We were very pleased with this stay and would stay here again if we find ourselves in Brevard at some point in the future.

The cottage was perfect for our anniversary away!! It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the many waterfalls just minutes away. We were also close enough to Chimney Rock and Bat Cave to serve with a disaster relief team. There is still much to be done.

We were in Brevard for a few days and stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to town and the surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful. As a gardener, I had to stop and study all the different flowers .

This home is located close to downtown Brevard and everything Brevard has to offer. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. One of our goals was to see a white squirrel and we did not have to go far, as there was one in the front yard when we arrived.

It is a 5 but, but we are older. the steps in the yard are difficult to navigate because they are uneven rocks. Plus not well lighted at night. Could use a post lantern and landscape lighting. what is there is solar in a shaded yard. all other things are very nice.

We loved the cottage! The bed is comfortable and the location is great.

We have stayed a few times and just really enjoy this home. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town.

We had a lovey stay at Dreamy Cottage. The furnishings were quaint antique style and the property was stocked with every necessity. Check in check out was seamless and stress free. We will certainly stay here again on future Brevard trips.

Host thinks of all the details. We had everything we needed. It was well organized and neat, very cozy.

Love the place

The cottage was very cozy and clean. Perfect for a mountain get away! Sadly our trip got cut very short by hurricane Helene but Susie has been in communication with me and so helpful during this time. We will be staying again soon!
