It is ~75 minutes SW of Asheville/Biltmore Estate and downtown Hendersonville NC. The property directly adjoins the Wilds Christian Camp/Conference which borders Gorges State Park. Transylvania County is The Land of Waterfalls and home to approximately 250 cascades and waterfalls. The king and queen bedrooms are located on the main floor along with a full bath and washer/dryer. The open loft features two twin beds, half bath, and desk. The basement includes a flat screen smart TV with casual living area, full bathroom and plenty of space for relaxing.brbr**IMPORTANT NOTE** the basement steps are steep so please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues; there is a hand rail and the stairs have carpet on them; also the basement is significantly cooler than the rest of the house; we have blankets and a heater to keep you warm during cooler months and its a perfect hangout during warmer months.
