Great house and yard! Very comfortable beds.

Great place everything was as good or better than we expected

Our son lives in Brevard and this house was in a great location to gather entire family. Kids had their own space downstairs and adults loved the big covered deck. It is close to town and to Pisgah Nat’l. Forest so we could easily access shopping, hiking and fishing. Well outfitted with everything we needed. Experienced the White Squirrel Festival that weekend which was fun! Definite “do-over” !

Area was quiet and the neighbor is friendly rooster and all. Location is good to downtown Brevard. Nice community etc.. Unfortunately is rained almost every day of our stay. Property drains well. Only concern are the stairs to the lower level. If you are not a stair person you may want to think it over for safety concerns. All the appliances work well. Would suggest a screen door. Over leading out to the nice deck off the kitchen. This would help keeping birds, wasp and other creatures coming in. May want to have a garage door opener to bring cars in to the garage. Owners option though, Would recommend to a friend.

Lovely yard, comfortable home.

Great house. Very well taken care of. Super comfy bed in the master bedroom. King size. The closet in the master bedroom is huge. Might be a great place for a pack and play or a crib. There’s a door into the closet and an electric outlet for a baby monitor if needed. Kitchen was well stocked and a good size kitchen table. Living room is comfortable and had a large tv. Great spot for us, very close to town and only 8 minutes to our daughter’s toward Rosman. Huge back yard and porch that we did not use but great if you had kids. We would stay here again!

We have a fun week checking out the DuPont Forest, Pisgah Forest, Gorges State Park, Sapphire & Cashiers. The house is located close to all the parks with plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids LOVED sitting outside every night by the fire watching the fireflies emerge.I would recommend bringing your camp chairs, as the adults were a big sore after hiking to sit campsite on rocks.

This is a delightful property. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 4 minutes from downtown Brevard. The house appears to have recently been remodeled and was done very well. Everything from the floors, furniture, bedding, curtains, kitchen items and even decorations on the walls and tables said “home”. It is a good base for enjoying adventures in the area or just to sit back and relax. I feel sure my family group will return to this inviting and conveniently located property.

The owner was easy to communicate and the actual leasing of the property was just great.
