The Space
Step into your downtown Brevard, cyclists’ haven—where modern comfort meets mountain charm. Spread across two spacious floors, this home was designed with groups and families in mind:
Bed & Bath: Five beautifully styled bedrooms , each with its own TV, so everyone can retreat to their own cozy space. There are also three full baths.

Living Areas: Two inviting living rooms, a wet bar for evening cocktails or mocktails, plus foosball and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. The main living room even has a gas fireplace for cozy nights.

Kitchen & Dining: A bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area ideal for gatherings. Step out onto the deck to grill, dine al fresco, or simply relax in the fresh mountain air.

Entertainment: Each living space has its own TV with seven total throughout the house, everyone can unwind their own way - movies, sports, gaming or quiet time.
Outdoor Perks: Soak in your private hot tub or gather on the patio for morning coffee and sunset chats. The backyard even features corn hole for laid-back fun.

Cycling Amenities: Designed with bikers in mind, you’ll find a secure bicycle garage with hooks, outdoor racks, and a cleaning station to keep your gear trail-ready.

To maintain a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests, we have a strict no-pets policy. This includes service animals, emotional support animals, and assistance pets. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our homes comfortable for everyone.

During your stay, you’ll find the home fully stocked with everything you need for comfort and convenience. Each bathroom includes plenty of toilet paper, while the kitchen is equipped with paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags—enough for the duration of your visit.

We provide four sets of towels and hand towels per bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in every shower. For your comfort, all beds are freshly made with crisp linens, and we’ve included 10 clean hot tub towels for your use.

The coffee station is ready to fuel your mornings with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners stocked for your entire stay.

Please note: the driveway accommodates up to two vehicles. For additional parking, a free lot is located just a three-minute walk away across from Silversteen Park.

For your safety, there is an exterior security camera at the back of the home and a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. These cameras monitor only the outside area, not inside the home.

    Great home, well appointed and very comfortable. Communication took a bit of effort as there was no one to reach out to on the weekends. I wonder what would have happened had we had a problem that needed to be addressed right away when the Valley Bear Farms office was closed. That said, we'd definitely come back. The place was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

    I would say the house exceeded our expectations. The living and bedroom spaces were so comfortable. honestly I want to buy that couch. Love that the house came with so many essentials, spices, oils, great pots and pans. that was a plus!

    This property looks just like the photos. It was so clean and well stocked. Six of us came to Brevard for the weekend to listen to great music. From the home, we walked a few blocks (mostly flat) to great restaurants (Wild Morel was our favorite) and downtown shops. Excellent location and a clean, spacious home with a great backyard view! Owner was very responsive and nice. Would absolutely rent again, and look forward to it!

    This property is absolutely fantastic. We had a wonderful time relaxing while our son finished training for mountain bike nationals with his friends. The house is very well set up and very comfortable. Close to downtown and close to the paved trail for us non mountain bikers. We will definitely be staying here again on our many visits to Brevard. Our number 1 choice from now on.
