We are located on Appalachian Ski Mountain, between Boone and Blowing Rock, less than a mile to the slopes at Appalachian Ski resort and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. brbr'Serenity' offers beautiful long range mountain views from the main living areas and covered deck. It is equipped with central heat/air, is fully furnished, has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 6, and a spacious living room with a stone fireplace with gas logs, and a large (50-55”) flat screen TV. The home is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and has a 2-bedroom 2-bath split floor plan (will sleep 6 with the use of a pull-out sofa). One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, dresser, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and has an attached bath with tub/shower combination. The other bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with shower. In the summertime you can hear a faint train whistle in the backyard. brbr Our home is located at an elevation of 4,500 feet on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock. The main level consists of a comfortable living room with a 50-inch smart TV w/cable and DVD, stone fireplace with gas logs (operated with a remote control mounted on the wall) new (2025) leather recliner sectional sofa and loveseat, and 2 leather recliners with ottomans.
