It is equipped with central heat/air, is fully furnished, has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 6, and a spacious living room with a stone fireplace with gas logs, and a large (50-55”) flat screen TV. The home is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and has a 2-bedroom 2-bath split floor plan (will sleep 6 with the use of a pull-out sofa). We love coming up with our family and friends and think you will too. The floor plan is great for multiple families or groups with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a ensuite. The downstairs is the same but one of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 4 beds. If you need an extra beds, you'll find a pull out couch in the downstairs and there is a trundle bed if you need a place for another child. You'll find a hot tub on the deck next to the screened-in porch and a pool table and ping pong table downstairs. We have seating inside for 16 as well as dining for 8 more on the deck and porch.brbr In the winter months, we would strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles for the secondary roads and for our driveway, which is steep. We have snow shovels there and suggest bringing snow melt if the forecast calls for snow or sleet. You will need to use those tools should there be weather!brbrWe welcome up to 2 dogs and there is a pet fee.brbrI am always happy to answer questions.
