The house is set in small community where the majority of homeowners occupy the homes. Please be very mindful that this is not a resort and following the rules set by the HOA and the owner is tantamount! This one story ranch has 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths and is perfect for family gatherings or girlfriends' weekend. The large foyer separates the house and has access to a half bath, an oversize garage, and a doorway to the partially covered deck. The deck wraps around the back side of the house to the Master Bedroom's private entrance. To the left of the foyer is a doorway that leads into a small sitting area and 2 bedrooms; each with their own bath. The first bedroom has twin beds and the 2nd a queen bed with its own private covered porch. To the right of the foyer is the formal dining room and bar. You can access the formal dining room from the foyer or the hallway which opens to the kitchen and great room area. The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped, including a table that seats 6, which flows into the living area.
