The property offers a saltwater pool, hot tub, gym facilities, full service marina and more. brbrOur unit is on the 5th floor. This fully-furnished condo is just over 1,400 square feet with a covered balcony overlooking water views of Morgan Creek, Taylor's Creek and the Beaufort Inlet. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. All three bedrooms have queen size beds, accommodating 6 people very comfortably. This unit can be offered with or without linens. The kitchen comes with a wide array of items including everyday dishes and glassware, but also has items like a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, wine cooler, toaster, etc. Additionally, the condo has many standard features such as Wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three television sets(two are smart TVs), cable TV, refrigerator with freezer/ice maker, etc. brbrFor the avid boater or outdoor person, the full service marina offers daily/weekly boat slip rental. There are several communal gas grills on either side of the building with deck areas available for enjoying the water or entertaining. Usually used as a dive lodge, our space is perfect for larger groups looking for something that is not super fancy! We DO NOT PROVIDE sheets, pillow cases, towels or paper products. Linens are available for rent. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 sets of 3 bunk beds. There is also a bunk bed in the living room. There is a full bath just off of the full kitchen, minus an oven, as well as a stand up shower bath and extra toilets in the back! Just in the back of the property, we have a gorgeous deck perfect for enjoying the weather outside. brPlease use the OUTSIDE shower on the back deck to wash up from the beach! Thank you for your help with this.brIf you would rather hit the town, we are only a 7 minute walk from beautiful Front Street!! brYou will check in and pick up your keys at our Scuba Diving facility, Discovery Diving Co. Check in is at 2 pm, and check out is 10 am. We are a quick walk from the home you will be staying in. We have basic accommodations, beds with pillows and blankets. brOn the weekdays, the price is $120 a night for 6 people and less, it is $20 more for every additional person up to 11! On the weekends, the price is $210 per night with a $35 per person charge over 6 people. There is a $30 per night pet fee if you choose to bring a pet.brIf there are any questions or concerns that happen during your stay please contact us immediately.
