Summer Breeze beach and boaters retreat. Brand new house with tons of activities

Great house in a remote location with a pier that is perfect for fishing. The property is nice, the elevator works and there is plenty of space for parking. With that said, there are a few things that would be helpful to know: One of the full bathrooms is in the garage and not close to the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is in a closet. You walk through one of the other bedrooms and that bedroom's closet to get to it. The small bed takes up the entire room and may be difficult for some to get in and out of. Be careful with the steps going to the third floor. The rise for each step varies by as much as 2. Also, some of the handrails are loose. It seems like the owners live there full-time. There were a number of condiments in the refrigerator and there was food in the freezer upon arrival. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so you will want to bring some.

The house was very clean and the mattresses slept well. Getting out on a boat can be difficult and you may have to plan around the tides.The owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Both the house and the location are amazing. The position of the house gives you views three sides that are unobstructed. Both sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous as well as the full moon rise on the first night we were there. The dock pier are really nice and super sturdy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owners even left us baskets in both bathrooms with essential that we might’ve forgotten. The owner was so great to communicate with provided several video with helpful tips on different things around the house. We hope to go back again.

The house was wonderful….really comfortable and modern …in a beautiful and peaceful location but close enough to drive to Beaufort and surrounding areas. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip!

A truly wonderful stay and getaway at Summer Breeze. From booking through departure, host Hal was very responsive/great communication, helpful and insightful, hospitable and overall welcoming and kind. The house is beautiful...a fantastic home away from home for our getaway...brand new, stunning and comfortable, from the interior to the exterior. The pluses for us were the amazing back deck overlooking the marsh...very relaxing, watching the wildlife throughout the day and then the incredible sunsets, the dock for fishing and another place to relax, the expansive yard...and the location...very convenient to so much, but also very quiet and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay and visit to the area...and look forward to a hopeful return in the future. Thank you so much for all! Cheers :)
