If we could have moved in and stayed for a month, we would have! This is THE cutest place- everything is so beautifully decorated, and there are so many nice little touches. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and the dishes are beautiful Crate and Barrel earthenware. Another thing I truly appreciated about this lovely place is their linens- really nice sheets and towels, and the towels are plentiful.I cannot say a enough about this very charming place; it was the perfect getaway and just the most wonderful place to come home to in the evening. this lovely place

Our stay was very pleasant, (myself, husband and my mother) Kitchen was nice and spacious, plenty of room to hang out in. Bedrooms were both comfortable. We enjoyed tea/coffee each morning in the enclosed back porch. Walkable to downtown, maybe 10 minutes or a quick 2 minute drive.Would recommend Fort Macon (20min away) or Harpers Island (30 min away) From Harpers Island you can take a boat ride to see the wild horses on Shackelford Island and then go to Cape Lookout. Both very beautiful beaches. Overall a very nice stay. We would definitely return to this rental. Owner was pleasant and helpful.

Pristine and beautiful! We loved our stay here, particularly the sunroom. Beds were mostly comfortable, great linens and towels. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils cookware etc. Bathrooms were great with beautiful tiled showers, great water pressure and temp. Huge washer dryer.

This property was super cute & convenient to Front Street. Steve, the property owner, was probably the best owner/manager that I ever dealt with. Really looking forward to booking this again!

This was our first time visiting Beaufort. The Mulberry cottage was perfect. The host was a pleasure to work with and super friendly. Most definitely will return in the future. I highly recommend this Vrbo and they also can provide golf cart service for convenience of getting around Beaufort. We had a wonderful stay.

This property is still cozy and lovely on our second visit. It has comfy bedding and an open floorplan. The sunroom is so enjoyable; and the location is an easy 15-minute walk to Front street. We would love to stay here again!

My family gathered together to honor the passing of my father. We stayed in several places throughout New Bern. My mother and I stayed at Mulberry Cottage and both enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was close to downtown and the restaurants. The location of the cottage made it easy to travel to Fort Macon, which has a beautiful beach. We also road the ferry to Shackleford Island, you can see the wild ponies, and Cape Lookout, both places I'd recommend. The drive was about 1/2 hr from the cottage. All in all a very pleasant stay. The place was clean and the porch was fun to sit on while drinking tea and coffe in the morning. The location was quite.

A friend and I loved this property. The beds and bedding were comfy and the layout of the interior was well done. We enjoyed the short walk (10 to 15 mins- depending on your pace)to the waterfront. We ate in for several meals and kitchen is well stocked. The sun room is also nice. Highly recommend.

This was such a great property with everything you need to be comfortable during your stay! The house is beautiful and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were blinds providing privacy on each window. We enjoyed biking as we were able to see more scenery than just walking. But still close enough to the farmers market on Saturdays and the downtown area to walk. We were well taken care of and enjoyed our relaxing getaway!

The house was just as pictured - clean, with fresh decor, and perfect for our weekend in Beaufort. We walked the 5 blocks to the main downtown area for shopping & dinner, and ate at two good restaurants that Steve recommended. Steve was responsive and the stay was easy - would definitely rent with Steve again.
