The large picturesque window will remind you of exactly why you are in Asheville, and why you may not want to leave. brbrAttached to this living area is a large and flowing kitchen that has all of the amenities needed to cook a gourmet meal. There is a table that seats 5, with a bar countertop that will seat another two. A beautiful bay window allows for you to stare out and see one of the many hummingbirds that spend time here entertaining us. A few steps over and you are in the warm and cozy dining room that has an 8' table and comfortably seats 8. This is the room where conversations flourish, and meaningful memories are made.brbrWalk down the hall way and you will enter the very large Master Bedroom. The King Size bed is inviting and very comfortable, while the large couch nestled against the wall of windows allows for one to escape into their own world. A 50 television sits on the dresser should you not want to watch one of the other 5. A large bathroom is another escape that is highlighted by a two person jacuzzi bathtub that will massage you with all of it's jets of water. And a glass enclosed shower has 4 body sprays should you want to be massaged while standing up. There is also a large walk in custom wood closet that can house all that's needed to store.brbrThe upstairs section of the house has 3 bedrooms with a mix of full and queen size beds. There are spacious closets in each room, and each room offers stunning window views. There is a large bathroom with double sinks that offers a separated tub and shower, and is easily accessible.brbrBoth decks offer lots of comfort with the top offering a gas firepit, and there is a large wood firepit that sits out in the yard and is circled with large finger stones positioned for many to sit on while being entranced by the flames. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The upstairs guest bedroom has another king bed. The downstairs bedrooms both have queen beds and share a bathroom. I have 2 smart TVs, one in the upstairs living room and one in the primary bedroom. My house is decorated with tons a fun artwork and vintage items. Plus, there are a few of my own handmade glass pieces available if you would like a souvenir from Asheville. The garage is reserved for my personal use. If you reserve the home, you will be the only guests. I will not be present during your stay. There are approximately 7 steps from the driveway to the walkway and 2 steps from the walkway into the house. brbrThe kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and baths (including the master), dining room and living room are on the main level. There is one bedroom, bath, and a den with a futon in the basement. brbrI have a regular drip coffee pot, k pod coffee maker, French press and electric kettle. Filters are provided: please bring coffee and creamer, we have the view!brbrJust so you are aware, there is a camera at the garage door. It is there to help with any problems a guest might have with the lockbox. It also triggers a light to come up for late night arrivals which is helpful! The only thing I can see from this camera is directly in front of the door. The only reason it is there is to help guests check in and check out. One dog is ok with pet fee, must be house trained. We have a GERM GUARDIAN air purifier helping to kill airborne viruses, bacteria and mold spores, amongst other things! I couldn’t be happier. We ventilate the space before, during, and after cleaning. We clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces. We vacuum and mop the floors. Shower mats are washed between guests. We have always taken pride in the way that we clean and have further enhanced such cleaning because we want you to feel safe to relax and enjoy your stay with us! This beautiful customized studio is adorned with a wood slab bathroom vanity and office space, a unique rock wall and original outside wood wall. Creative touches throughout the space. Both charming and classy. Super clean with a big bathroom! The kitchenette has everything you could need to feel at home when you're away from home, including a beautiful customized concrete countertop. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee and creamer also provided). Hulu streaming is available and will be logged in via Roku and mounted flat screen TV. You are welcome to choose from a variety of other streaming channels to log in with your own personal account. Just don’t forget to log out! What else could you need ! :) Plenty of privacy with a separate entrance. Beautiful French doors let in lots of light and allow guests to enjoy the fresh air on nice days. Outside space with table and chairs for guests to relax the day away. Lots of space on this double lot on our small mountain leaves you feeling away from it all even though you're merely minutes from downtown. We are super convenient to grocery stores and tons of restaurants downtown. Porch swing and other outside seating. Beautiful fire pit area available for guest use. Suitable for two adults; children are welcome as well although the space is not child proof and I don't have separate sleeping arrangements.brbrThis space is one of two rentals on the lower level of my home. Each rental has a private entrance on either side of the house and my entrance is at the front of the house so privacy coming and going is not an issue.
