This property has ample street parking and also has a two stall parking area in the rear of the building. You can easily walk to downtown and many local destination spots. Holy Rosary Healthcare is a four minute drive from this property.brbrThis unit is located on the upper level and there are 1.5 flights of stairs to access it. If you are comfortable with stairs, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of this unit with no upstairs neighbors and the birds singing to be your morning alarm!brPlease be respectful of neighbors and refrain from loud music/excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
