Maximum of 4 people in the summer may through October, children and infants included. The home is 850 sq. ft. total with upstairs bedroom.br Mid October through mid January is waterfowl season you may hear gunshots in the morning from hunters on the river nearby.br There is a $10.00 per night, per pet fee, maximum of 2 pets. Please do not leave pets unattended in the home.
