The large third bedroom is located on the lower level and includes one king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and one double bed. This bedroom is attached to a spacious bathroom with ceramic tile floors, a double-sink vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The entire lower level features beautiful tongue-and-groove cedar walls. The lower-level living area is perfect for kids or relaxing after a full day of outdoor adventures and includes a new large couch with chaise. Additional sleeping is available on the main floor with a queen sofa sleeper featuring a thick memory foam mattress. Centrally located within the 500,000 acres that make up the eastern half of Hiawatha National Forest, there are multiple trail heads for day hiking trips, kayaking and canoeing, biking, fishing, and animal watching, all which lead to your 5 acre backyard and the forest that joins next to it. ATV rentals are located in Munising if you are seeking adventure and exploration on all the trails near Heaven on Steven’s Lake. Bring your bikes or rent one from the Ferry docks in town.
