All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the main level. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have queen beds and Bedroom 3 has a twin trundle. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as another shower and washer & dryer in the basement. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a great outdoor dining space, propane grill, ping pong table, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe! The beach will be found at the bottom of about 50 steps and a pathway. This slightly higher up placement makes for even better views! We can honestly say this place is nothing short of a delight. This cottage does not have air conditioning or a furnace (there are space heaters for cooler nights). This is a pet friendly home!brbrLocated midway between Holland and Grand Haven, this gem is within an easy drive to either. Walk downtown Holland's cobblestone sidewalks and browse its unique and locally owned shops, restaurants, galleries, and amazing farmers market. One full bathroom with washer/dryer. The cottage has Cable/WiFi, AC, a charcoal grill, and fully stocked kitchen. There is outdoor seating in back and the front, which is overlooking the water. Bedding, bathroom towels, along with beach towels are provided. Several beach toys to choose from as well as beach chairs. There is also garage parking for one vehicle. The cottage is only 15 minutes from both Grand Haven and Holland. **Owner requires a $500 security deposit in the form of a personal check before stay.
