We suggest twin air beds are placed in room 4 or 6 and not in any of the living spaces/rooms.brbr“Ashmoor” was originally built circa 1905 at 6 East Ash Street, where it remained in the McGawn family through the early 1960’s. The small estate was situated on 1/4 of an entire city block with beautifully landscaped and terraced gardens that included 2 ponds and a real wishing well. The home changed hands a few times during the next 40 years when in 2004, the home was lifted off its original stone foundation and moved to its present location (around the corner at 204 Oak Street.) The parcel was sub-divided into 3 smaller parcels with the home receiving the most land. At that time, the residence received major renovations and upgrades to the infrastructure and mechanical systems. Most all of the original trim, moldings, inlaid floors, pocket doors / French doors and fireplace have remained intact and compliment the current decor.brbrThe current owners: Ron and Ken identified a need for overnight accommodations in the Village of Three Oaks and purchased the home in 2011 with the thoughts of establishing The Three Oaks Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our home built in 1935 had an extensive ten month renovation top to bottom inside and out, everything in our home is new including all the furnishings with the exception of a few fun antiques from the local antique shops. It has an added covered porch with rocking chairs included, it has an added screened in deck fully furnished for those nights you want to sit outside and watch the sunset or for those mornings you want to enjoy your coffee outside, we have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and we will include a bundle of wood for you to use and a charcoal BBQ for you to enjoy in the backyard as well . We have an added master en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and we have a section of the dining room with an antique stove from being used for a fully stocked coffee bar. We have made sure our kitchen has everything you will need to make breakfast, lunch and a large family dinner. It has everything you will need while traveling. Along with the high end state of the art kitchen, each guest will be provided with their own set of clean towels, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets for each bed. We have plenty of seating for everyone and lots of fun family games to enjoy on a rainy day, we do have a SimpliSafe alarm system which is turned OFF and covered each and every time we have a guest and we have a RING doorbell for not only our multiple deliveries but safety during down times. This is a STRICTLY nonsmoking property including vaping and marijuana insides and outside. All guest will be asked to leave if caught smoking and pay an additional cleaning fee. La Colita, which means 'little tail', is a fabulous Shaker style single-family home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and a private pool. The home is tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by trees in Harbert, MI.brbrThe main level features an open concept plan with the eat-in kitchen and living area flowing seamlessly into one another. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of room for meal prep. The comfortable living room is oriented toward the built-in fireplace with access to the outdoors. Two of the three bedrooms are on the main floor. They each have queen beds and open out to the fenced-in area of the yard where the pool is set. There is a large screened-in porch off of the house, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evenings or watching the action by the pool.brbrThe upper level houses the main bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed. There is also a sitting area outside of the bedroom where you can unwind and watch some TV or read a book on the window seat. The house is filled with collectible furniture and decor which gives it a very casual, relaxing atmosphere.brbrThe owners had the foresight to grab up the lots on either side of the house so there is plenty of room for outdoor games and privacy.
