The third floor is the gathering area with a full kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom with an ensuite completely tiled shower with river rock floor, a tiled seat and rainfall showerhead. The shower is also equipped with 4 jets to hit every spot. The tub is deep and large enough for someone over 6’4”. Whether it's your first time in South Haven or you're hooked on it like we are...let our place become your place, while you experience SoHa and all she has to offer! Our second floor condo is located in the perfect spot to enjoy everything downtown has to offer from the many diverse restaurants, bakeries, ice-cream and coffee shops to the numerous shops and boutiques offering jewelry, clothing, art and souvenirs. You're right across the street from the city marina where you'll see boats for as far as the eyes can see. If you want to enjoy the beach, grab a couple of our beach chairs from the condo and in about 5 minutes, you'll be sitting in the sands of South Beach with the perfect view of the lighthouse and beautiful Lake Michigan.brbrWhen you return to the condo to settle in, you won't have to settle for anything. Our place has everything you need to feel right at home. Our kitchen is furnished with whatever you'll need to do some serious cooking, make some light snacks or a full breakfast. The bathroom is fully stocked so if you forgot something, we've got you covered. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom so if you need to do a quick load of laundry, no problem. The condo has WiFi in case you need to do a little work while on vacation or if you want to stream your favorite movies on Netfilx or Prime Video. The living room and dining room are set up for comfort and convenience allowing up to 4 people to enjoy their own space while all being together. On those rare occasions when Mother Nature decides to add some water to the lake, if you don't want to watch TV, we have a cabinet filled with cards, games and puzzles to keep you entertained. If you're in the mood for music, use your Blutooth smartphone to connect to our sound bar for your listening pleasure.brbrWith so much to do and see in South Haven, at some point, we all need some sleep. The loft bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with cell phone charging pads on both night stands, plenty of closet and dresser space, a sitting chair with foot stool and a ceiling mounted TV for the best way to watch a movie from bed. The living room boasts plenty of comfy sofas to pile up on, plus tables for your drinks and snacks. The big HDTV w/WiFi stands at the ready to stream the latest episode of your favorite show. Or even better, gather everyone around for the movie you've all been looking forward to.brbrPeak & Non-Peak SeasonbrDuring the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. And chock full of everything your family chef wants or needs to create mouth-watering meals for the family. With the open floor plan, the chef (and chef's assistants) are always part of the action. Sitting just adjacent is a large wooden dining table for 6. Be sure to make time to enjoy those home-cooked meals together! It's a wonderful time to plan your next adventures. A cozy breakfast nook beckons just on the other side of the kitchen. Enjoy a neighborhood view while savoring your morning coffee and bagel.brbrBed & BathbrGraham Haven boasts one-floor living, with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. You'll find one king bedroom, with a TV, dual nightstands and lamps, and a tall dresser for all your clothes. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, with dual nightstands and lamps. The third bedroom has a queen bed, also with dual nightstands and lamps. The last bedroom is perfect for the kids. Very spacious, it offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus a king bed. The first of two baths features double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. We're also pleased to provide games, puzzles, and toys for the rare rainy day. The front-loading washer and dryer is another great convenience for our guests.brbrOutdoor SpacesbrThis is where it's at! An oversized 3-season sunroom will become your favorite hang-out. The dining table for 6 promises delightful al fresco meals, while the rocking chairs provide the perfect perch for quiet moments lost in your book or checking your social media feeds. A bar with seating for 4 provides another lovely spot to sip morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. As much as you'll love the screened porch, the yard may well steal your heart! Complete with a fire pit, the beautiful views of the water and stunning sunsets will draw you outside every evening. Our home is truly in an ideal setting, with Kids Corner Park and South Beach access literally across the street. If you'd like to take a stroll into town for the fun shops, dining, movie theater, biking paths, fresh you-pick fruit farms, and various water sports, it's less than a mile away.
