Stayed Jun 19, 2021We were a group of 4-5 couples from Chicago looking for a mini-vacation on the Lake and close to home. The house is spacious and lively, and everything including restaurants, the beach, sunset sail etc are close by and easy walking distance away.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021We had a girls weekend planned after a long, almost year and a half, of Covid isolation. We were looking for a house close to the beach that would give us plenty of space to spread out, and this property did not disappoint. There were plenty of beds and baths for everyone, it was about a half mile to South Beach, and a mere few blocks from downtown shops and restaurants. We really couldn't have asked for more. This house has four levels with updated bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed the patio out back which has plenty of tables and chairs for all with some nice shade from the umbrellas on a hot day. One night we made a big dinner, and the kitchen offered anything you could want or need to make a large meal. The dining table fit us all comfortably as well. The two wine fridges also had a few bottles, beers, and water from the previous guests which was a nice surprise. There was even a play room for kids in the basement along with a pool table and wet bar for the adults. I really can't say enough nice things about this house. The house is managed by a property management company, and the staff were quick to respond with questions. I highly recommend you make this your next vacation spot!
