Swimming Pool & Shuffleboard - 2 Blocks to Kid's Corner & South Beach

Our stay at this property (August 29 – September 1) was unfortunately very unpleasant due to the condition of the property and lack of support from Beachwalk Properties. From the start, we encountered a strong sewer backup odor that persisted and worsened throughout the weekend, along with noticeable mold and mildew smells.We promptly reported the issue several times, yet Beachwalk was often unresponsive. On two occasions, we were even asked to leave the property so staff could attempt repairs, but the odor never improved. Ultimately, staff on site admitted that while roots had been cleared from the system, the basement had not been properly remediated—leaving the home in an uncomfortable state for guests.Beachwalk told us there was nothing more they could do and no alternative properties available for our group. Despite the disruption and poor conditions, they declined any compensation and, in our experience, treated us dismissively.We would not rent from Beachwalk Properties again and caution others to proceed carefully.

Property was great! Charming and the pool was a huge hit. Shuffleboard and the packman game were also a hit.

We had the best time with our friends and our children ages 7 mo., 1, 2, and 2.5. This home is perfect for children of any age. The front porch and pool were great entertainment for the littles and it was nice to have places to hang outside during nap time. Beach and splash pad were just a short walk away!

Awesome house!!! Very close to town and the beach. Overall great location.

Perfect location for a week with our kids and grandkids. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. The house had a great space for everyone. The kids play park was a short walk and was visited often. The pool and the garage hangout area was perfect for playing and watching the end of the Olympics! The walk to the end of the street for sunset was quick. Town was nearby and close enough to walk to as well! The beach was also in perfect proximity - drive or walk and was just beautiful! One of my favs was the front porch! The kids could be out there with me and were gated in, so they were safe and could run and play or I could sneak out on my own for some peace!! Made lots of memories!

The property was in a great location. Easy to get to beach, kids playground, and the town. Very clean and plenty of room. Great having a pool on property, and a game room. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was our 5th time staying in this town but our first at this location!! Love the location could walk everywhere!! Love how it was so close to the beach and restaurants!! Would highly recommend this place!!

What a perfect place to make memories for our family. The house was so well equipped, so close to town, the beach, the playground. We hung out by the pool and enjoyed each other's company. The sleeping accommodations were just right. Each adult couple had their own room, the kids theirs and we were all able to be together in both the dining room and the family room. We highly recommend this!

The property was very nice . Outside had great curb appeal. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. They have a lot of rules which is fine but they need to go by the rules also,. The main reason of renting the home was that there was a pool. The pool was broken and we were able to go in but it wasn't that pleasant. The heater wasn't working , the water level was low and it seemed like the filter wasn't working. Someone did come out to check it out after we called to ask what was the problem with the pool. They did not call us to tell us of the broken pool. When they came out they said that the pool service was there in the morning and the previous renter broke it. This isn't a low priced rental and everything should be in working order especially since they knew about it. So we didn't use the pool that much . which was disappointing.

Property was just as advertised. Great vacation.
