That then leads to the laundry room and powder room. brAt the top of the staircase you will find a loft/sitting area that includes a flat screened TV. That then leads to the remaining 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The first bedroom includes two full size beds, second and third bedroom are both fitted with queen beds and the master bedroom includes a king bed.brThis home is just a short walk to Brewster's Italian, or waterside fine dining at Bentwood Tavern or The Terrace Room. From our home you'll enjoy the short walk to downtown New Buffalo and the beach. Whether you are planning an all-adult trip or a family getaway this home sleeps 12 comfortably, and is the perfect complement to any of your planned activities. Enjoy our spacious backyard for outdoor games, hanging out in the hot-tub, playing a game on our bocci ball court or relaxing by the fire-pit with a glass of a local wine or micro-brew. We have added exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home for liability reasons for our insurance. They are located at the front door and side of driveway. There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house. brThis location is ideal in so many ways. Hop on a shuttle to Four Winds Casino, or a short drive to Blue Chip Casino and the Outlet Mall. A great place to take walks to town or the beach as well as bike riding. Tour the wineries and micro-breweries and so much more.brbrbrThere is a house guide in a binder at the property with all the information you will need.brbrbrAlso, City of New Buffalo passed an ordinance, effective 6/14/21, that limits parking to 6 cars maximum, limits number of guests to 14, enforces the noise ordinance and requires a Reservation Summary. That form requests the full name and date of birth for the main contact, full name and age of each guest, and make, model and license plate number (including State) for each car that will be on the property. That form needs to be in the city’s hand no less than 24 hours before reservation.
