You can see the sunrise over the dunes, and the spectacular sunsets over the lake, there is nothing like a Lake Michigan sunset, all while sitting on the huge deck. Enjoy the dunes and the beach during the day, and relax by the fire and stargaze at night. This unique location allows you to Lake Michigan from 3 sides of the house plus Ludington which is 25 miles away, and the amazing sand dunes. brThe main level has two bedrooms, both with a full size, and twin bed. The upper loft bedroom has two Queen size beds and a fold out full size futon. There is a full bathroom on this level with a jetted tub and hand held shower. Need a quiet place to hideaway, there is a small balcony overlooking the lake and the dunes.brThe walk-out level has one bedroom with a full size and a twin bed. There is also a fold out twin bed in the living area. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. brBeach access is at the at the end of Lakeshore Drive, the road directly in front of the lake to the north.brbrThis home is completely furnished, includes all linens, comforters, towels. Bathroom necessities. Kitchen is fully stocked with Regular coffee maker; Keurig; fondue pot; large griddle; crock pots; blender; toaster; dishes; glasses; wine glasses; martini glasses. Our driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 4 vehicles, or up to 3 vehicles with ONE trailer. Unfortunately there is not a good option for parking additional vehicles or trailers, so please evaluate your parking needs prior to booking. If you violate this house rule, your booking will be canceled. If we discover you have more than 7 guests but did not states this in your booking request, you will be charged $50 per person per night for each person over 7 that was not paid for in advance. brbrLocated on a quiet private road, this home has 2 levels for your enjoyment. The main floor has a large kitchen, family room with TV and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bottom is a walk-out basement featuring a wet bar, 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. Downtown Silver Lake is approximately 2 miles away where you can rent Jeeps, dune buggies, jet skis, boats etc. If you have any questions about the house just ask!brbrQuiet Hours: As neighbors are close and families have young children we will ask that all guests respect quiet hours.
