The Dunebreeze cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It has 1 queen, 1 double and a set of bunk beds. We do ask that our guests bring their own sheets and towels. Pretty much everything else is there. There is a microwave, coffee pot, basic cable tv, all dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Outside there is a fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table. It is located less than 1/4 mile from the sand dunes. Parking is limited so if you have more than a few vehicles, please message us to see if you will fit. We also have air conditioning and WiFi.

The cottage is in a private association so there is plenty of privacy. It has a newer LP gas furnace for cool nights if needed. There is usually a nice cool breeze off of Lake Michigan for your comfort. But large fans are provided in each bedroom if needed. Two kayaks are provided. brThe cottage is on a small bluff overlooking Lake Michigan.There is access to the Lake down a flight of stairs (about 35 steps). However, due to high Lake water levels again this year, entering the water from them should not be attempted at this time. Due to slippery rocks and the unpredictability of Lake Michigan currents, YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK AND CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION IS PROHIBITED. There are several places to swim and kayak close by. The kitchen is clean, convenient and has all of the utensils, plates, pots, and cookware you will need for your comfort. Bedding and towels are provided as well. There is parking for two vehicles (three, if you squeeze tightly). The cottage is located just 5 minutes from recreational Silver Lake and 15 minutes from quaint Pentwater Village. A great family vacation place.
