Hello, I have a house for weekly rental. It is only 5 miles to Silver Lake dune entrance and 5 miles to downtown Pentwater. 3 Blocks away is a beach on beautiful Lake Michigan. Address is 7340 Toliver St, Mears Mi, 49436. This is a family rental, We rent to a maximum of ten guests. With a maximum of 4 adults. The area is a nice quiet spot with nice neighbors so it’s not used as a party house. We rent Sunday to Sunday. It is located in Pentwater township in a quiet wooded area. Our land is adjacent to 200 acres of wooded state land with trails for exploring or bike riding. Our house has two floors. Top floor has an open concept main living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a full bathroom and primary bedroom also on that level. Kitchen is fully stocked including dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, air fryer and much more. The large primary bedroom has queen bed, 2 dressers, closet and lots of light coming in through two big windows. Living room has natural light coming in through a set of French doors leading to a new very large deck with plenty of seating and propane grill. Living room has Roku tv, comfy sectional couch and two reclining chairs. Bathroom on this level has tub/shower. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom with a set of double bunkbeds heavy duty enough to support 2 adults on top and two adults on bottom. There is a second set of the same double bunk beds off to the side of large family room. Our family room has a large screen TV , 2 couches, chairs, coffee and end tables, mini fridge, small table and chairs. There is a laundry/bathroom combo with washer and dryer, toilet, sink, shower. brbrThere is more than enough parking for any dune toys you bring including covered parking under large deck. brbrWe do have central air and internet. brOur house is comfortable and has everything you need to create wonderful memories. brDon't wait, lock in your vacation in now!!br**there are 3 blink cameras on outside of property. This three-story, 6-bedroom beauty sits right on the shore of Lake Michigan. The open concept living room/dining room is spacious with leather couches in front of the gas log fireplace and 42-inch smart tv. There are shades throughout the home for privacy. brbrThe log furniture throughout the home adds to the vacation feeling. An 8-seating massive pine dining table and 4 pine stools at the granite counter allow for ample seating for dinners. The bedrooms on the second floor include two with queen sized log beds and one with full-size bunk beds. Those two master bedrooms have balconies overlooking Lake Michigan. The third floor is an open concept bedroom perfect for a group of youngsters. Standing at the large windows feels much like looking out over an ocean from a cruise ship as you gaze out over lake Michigan. Beautiful to watch the sun setting, or an impressive storm coming across the lake. This area has two queen log beds, two twin beds and a full-size futon bed. In the basement are two beautiful bedrooms, each with queen-sized log beds and large windows. These rooms open into a common room with its own smart TV and one private bathroom with shower. brbrThe home has heating and central air as well as sliding doors in two of the second-floor masters, each opening onto their own private balcony perfect for morning coffee or watching the sun set over beautiful Lake Michigan. The fire pit has 11 wooden Adirondack chairs, and the parking area fits four (4) cars. Hi, my name is Mindy. I’m mom of one and “Nini” to two amazing grandson’s. I am retired and a year round resident of Silver Lake. I open my home up to guests for 6-8 weeks each summer. During this time, I stay with my daughter who also lives in Silver Lake. Renting my home out to guests for a limited amount of time each summer allows me to live here year round. My guests have been wonderful and some return year after year. It has been a very easy and pleasant experience.br Enjoy all the comforts of home, with nice furniture, comfy beds and living spaces. Located in the middle of it all and situated on 3 lots and Hunter Creek which feeds into beautiful Silver Lake. It is a very nice, clean and spacious 2,370 sq. ft., two story cottage home with an open floor plan. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. 1 full bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor. A 1/2 bath is on the upper level, between two of the three upstairs bedrooms. br Bring your kayak and/or canoe and take off from the back yard and paddle your way right into Silver Lake. Hunter Creek has been shallow the past few years. So, for those of you who have a large boat, there is a public boat launch just at the end of W. Taylor and N. Shore Rd., you can drop it off and bring your trailer back to the house. If you don't have a kayak or boat, you can rent one from the Wave Club which is just down the street. At this time, there are no open boat slips available to dock your boat on Silver Lake. We are hoping this will change in the near future.br We are located right next to the Silver Village Assoc. path that leads to a pedestrian bridge that crosses Hunter Creek. Just a short walk across the bridge and up a dirt road leads you to the private Silver Village Assoc. pool and playground. Swim in the SVA private pool (scheduled days/times). Watch as people enjoy the zip line, drop tower and go carts at Craig's Cruisers. Walk across the street and eat lunch or dinner at The Chicken Shack, Smashed Burgers, MI Base Camp or Silver Scoops. Golden Bakery is where you can find yummy donuts, cinnamon rolls and breads. The Silver Lake State Parks, Silver Lake Sand Dunes and ORV access and parking are about a mile away. Don’t forget to ride on the dunes at Mack Woods Dune Rides! Our beautiful Little Sable Pointe Lighthouse and stunning Lake Michigan beach is less than 2 miles away. So many other places to enjoy are just a short drive, too!brbr~NO PETS ALLOWED.br~NO SMOKING inside the home. Outside, safely dispose of your butts.br~Garbage pick up is on Monday mornings by 6:00a.m. So, take the garbage out to the road @ end of driveway on SUNDAY EVENING! br~We keep the a/c set at a comfortable 72 temperature. Keeping it at this temp will keep the costs down for all of us. br-As a courtesy, we will start you off with 4 rolls of toilet tissue and 1 roll of paper towels. You will supply the rest.br-If you run out of propane for the bbq grill, take the empty tank to one of the gas stations and exchange for a full one. Leave the receipt on the kitchen counter and I will reimburse you through your VRBO booking.brbr*IMPORTANT! The housekeeping crew will be there at 11:00 sharp to clean the bathrooms, make the beds and do the laundry before the next guests arrive at 3:00. PLEASE! Pick up after yourselves and leave the home and property in the condition it was when you arrived. Pick up. Vacuum and sweep the floors.br~Do NOT leave any dishes in the sink. Wash/dry and put away.br~Do NOT leave opened food in the refrigerator.
