Great for fisherman, hunters and families. Easy access to ORV trails and lake access 1 block away for ice fisherman.brbrThe lake can be quite shallow at times just outside of our canal. We can't control the lake level or Mother Nature. It usually is plenty deep for a pontoon or an average fishing boat however you will probably have to tilt your motor up.
