There's a beautiful view of the water at the top of the path and then several private areas to sit and enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan. Head down to the water for lots of fun! Keep in mind that you need to walk the path up and over the dune to get to the beach. It’s so worth it!brbrWHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THE COTTAGE: Growing up in Holland, we spent most of our summers at Lake Michigan. After moving to Florida, we always wanted a place where we could spend time with our extended family and enjoy the lake! The Cottage at Riley Beach is just that! We love the easy access to the beach and the peacefulness around the cottage. It's just what we were hoping for--a place to enjoy family, the lake and get away from it all! Just minutes away are some of our favorite spots (Captain Sundae, Lolo's, Sandy Point Restaurant...) and the bike path is perfect for the family. Plenty of things to do, located close to area beaches + restaurants.br1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) Do not move the furniture. 4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. 6.) Quiet time is 11pm-9am. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 7.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund.
