Wonderful week with family. Easy travel to Boyne City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. Plenty of space for grandparents, parents, and kids. Such a bonus to have two fully equipped kitchens with full-size dishwashers and refrigerators in both. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect centralized location. We had 3 families and we all had our own space. Went to the beach at young state park, wine tasting near Petoskey and farmers market in Boyne City. We also walked to the resort for drinks and food. Condo complex was very quiet and serene. Host was great.

The condo was accurately described and accommodated the 12 of us nicely. Check-in was at 5pm, however when we arrived at 5 the cleaning crew was still in the property. They didn't finish up till shortly after 5:30pm, so trying to unload and unpack with them there was a bit of.a hassle. We also noticed that a few of the windows weren't functioning properly, so on the cooler days we couldn't opens the windows. The washing machine was also not functioning properly. We contacted the owener immediately about the washer and they were very quick to reapond and worked to fix the problem as quickly as possible. We enjoyed our stay and the condo is conveniently located to all the activities and attractions we wanted. None of the little inconveniences mentioned above were enough to ruin our fun.

Not enough paper products

Yearly family vacation and decided to stay in Michigan this year. Condo was well maintained and offered things to do around the area.

This was our fourth time staying at the property. Its consistently comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Great property for a family ski trip. Located a short walk to the Disciples 8 lift.

Overall this place was quite nice. It's located right across from the diciples chairlift - you can walk a few yards to a green circle and run that about 100 yards to the chair - a legit ski in/out location. The house itself was clean and place was exactly as photographed. The owners were very responsive. It's a great place to stay for sure.A few areas of improvement and things that that renters should know that I think would make this a true 5 starThe check-in is 5pm. Although this is listed, it turns out this is late - especially for a ski in/ski out. We got up on Friday to make the most of the weekend but you really can't take advantage of the ski-in because checkin is so late. You end up sking all day then having to walk to your car, drive to the house, etc. Similarly check out is 11 - so it is not even practical to ski the morning, get back to the house, and check out. So although this place is very nicely located, on a Friday-Sunday trip you really only get to utilize the convienence on SaturdayThe listing says there is parking, but when you go to check-in it says there is only 1 spot. You have to park other cars in overflow. This is not a deal breaker, but it is certainly inconvienent. It may sleep 10 but you don't have parking for 10 at the house. Pair this with late check-in and it you are trying to get settled, get ready for dinner, and moving cars around in a short window.4pm checkin and noon checkout would be an improvement.

Property was nice, there could be a little more detail cleaning, cobwebs in certain areas and return air vents, but did not take away from visit. I would recommend that listing specifies that when renting 3 bedroom washer and dryer are not included, listing just states washer and dryer, we made due.

The location of this property is great. But everything else is just fine…. It was not overly clean. The sheets and towels were stained. The kitchen was limited and only had 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel. Our whole group could not comfortably gather for meals or social time. My husband had to duck in the shower. The jet tub did not work. The tv was unplugged when we arrived. And the fridge was shut off. But I was extremely upset that the listing is incredibly inaccurate. When renting in the winter you do not just loose a bedroom. You do not get an entire level of the unit. You do not have access to a bedroom, bunk beds, kitchen, extra fridge, and washer and dryer. This is NOT clear in the listing. And the rent is not reasonable for what you get. If renting in the winter make sure you understand what you are renting.

We had an incredible stay here with family friends! There was more than enough space for our four adults and 3 kids. The condo comes equipped with just about everything you could need. Very clean when checking in! The location couldn’t be better. We are already planning our next trip!

Great for a large family gathering (14). 5 min ride to Boyne City in all its splendor . Another Great Up North Michigan city. Went to Avalanche Bay water park on a rainy day, great time for the kids.
