Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group

Loved everything about this place. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. One thing could have been better was having hot water for shower. It only lasted maybe 5-10 minutes only after it took 3/5 minutes to get hot. Overall, would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Very modern and updated property. Small kitchen was great to cook a quick meal! Close to Petoskey and Bay Harbor! Walking to all that Boyne Mountain has to offer! Would highly recommend!

The owners clearly made a good effort to update and improve the condo. The interior was very nice. My only disappointment was that the windows didn’t open, and it was a little musty. The surrounding area is a bit outdated, and less presentable. There was ample parking. I would have preferred to be provided with information about directions, the parking lot gate code, and the code to access the condo prior to my arrival. I was able to get in touch with the owner to receive this information eventually after I had arrived. The chocolates were a nice touch!

The resort has lots to offer, with dining options you can walk to and golf courses a short drive away. The unit was newly renovated, spotless and beautifully decorated, the thoughtful design maximized every inch of space. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the host was quick to respond with info and answers.

Cozy one bedroom with kitchenette. Everything else we needed for a ski weekend. Great location!

Great stay in Boyne in December! Communication was fantastic, room was very clean, organized, and exactly as described. Instructions left were easy to understand and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful visit Boyne is gorgeous We enjoyed Boyne city and the avalanche trail I also had a lovely walk to deer lake and back Weather was beautiful and the condo was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again

The property was perfect for two of us . The property was exactly as pictured. We were so glad to have chosen the mountain for our stay since it was the only place for miles with power.

Check in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The condo is adorable and perfect for 2. Truly ski in ski out and easy to walk for dinner or drinks on the resort. Highly recommend a day spa pass. We had no hot water but Lyndsey is making it right.

Stayed for a couple nights to enjoy the fall colors at Boyne and walk the skybridge.

We had a great time - the resort is wonderful and the studio was wonderful as well.

We were married in Petoskey last year then had our reception at the Beach House restaurant. We rented a large home for our five children to stay with us. This year we found this cute place with walking distance to 40 acres and Everette's. WE LOVED IT! We were able to enjoy the beach, the pool and many restaurants. We even went to see Boyne Thunder. We both agreed it was one of the best weekends we have ever had! Lindsey was so good about getting back to us with any questions we had. We hope to be back next year!

Nicely updated room with all the little details that you might not think of but appreciate and notice when lacking. Nice towels and linens. Well equipped kitchen for a quick meal or snack and a nice selection of drink ware to enjoy your coffee in the morning or if you are looking to relax at the end of your day with a cocktail after exploring the area.

We had a great stay although it was short. We loved the area and pool. The condo was so cute and inviting. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only downside was the upper windows didn’t have curtains or blinds to block the sun. If it was winter time it wouldn’t be an issue but when the sun comes at at 6am it can be a little bothersome. That wasn’t really a big issue but just wanted to put it out there to timber a sleep mask lol. Overall it was a great trip would definitely come back and stay again.
