They don’t allow overnight parking. brbrBEACH INFORMATIONbrOur Beach has a sea wall and the Public Accesses have stairs to go down onto the beach. Along this section of Wells Beach, the water comes all the way up to the sea wall at high tide so you will lose the beach for about 1 to 1.5 hours on each side of high tide, depending on how high the tide is that day. Conversely, during low tide, there is a nice large flat, uncrowded beach of packed sand to play games and take long walks. The Jetty is a little over a mile and a wonderful walk. The low tide also leaves many tidal pools that are great fun for the kids to explore sea creatures or play in the water that is warmed by the sun. We (the hosts) live in this neighborhood and never mind planning our beach time around the tides, however, if you want to go to the beach at high tide, you can easily walk 7 minutes across Mile Road to Atlantic Ave Public Access #1 where there is beach during all tides.
