Unique Beach and Ocean Panoramic Views, this home has it all !

This house is wonderful and you cannot beat the location. This is our second time staying here and won’t be our last!

This home is perfect for our extended family with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time even with rain because we can still see and hear the ocean from the living room and bedrooms upstairs. It doesn’t get much better cooking and eating while watching the waves! Well, playing in the sand right out the door and walking the beach are amazing experiences! Everything was clean and great communication. We booked for next year!

Five of us have been staying here for six years now, and have a wonderful stay every year. This year was no different. The house is beautiful and extremely well-equipped, with pretty much anything you need. While there are many things to do in the area, we usually stay right where we are, enjoying the beach, the decks, and (this year) the perfect weather. Having such a warm and welcoming host is the cherry on top. Olivia (and Elie) are quick to respond (pretty much immediately) to any questions or issues that may come up, and work tirelessly to make our stay an enjoyable one. We will be back, hopefully for many years to come.

Had such a memorable stay at Sea Glass. The home was comfortable the moment we stepped through the door. The open space layout on the main floor kept everyone connected, whether in the living area playing with the grandson, folks doing a 1,000-piece puzzle on the large dining table, with others preparing a meal or snack in the kitchen. The gas fireplace came in handy with the weather a bit cooler with the constant breeze coming off the cold ocean. The bedrooms and baths were accommodating as well with everyone having a good night's sleep.But it's truly about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The vastness of the ocean, steps away, viewable from anywhere in this home. Great sunrises on one side, with terrific sunsets over the marsh behind us.So very thankful for this stay and the memories made, and the entire family is already talking about going back next year.

this is the second time we stayed at the house. It is a wonderful place and meets all of our needs. Our hosts called immediately when the pilot light on the fireplace went out. We were surprised that there were no coffee filters and a step stool for the high beds would have been helpful. Everything else was perfect.

Always happy to return to this property. Everything about are stay was amazing. The communication was easy and any questions we had were promptly answered. Cannot wait to return!

Wow! Talk about an excellent location, view and overall comfort! We had an excellent time- relaxed in the tub, enjoyed the fireplace, watched the ocean waves and walked on the Beautiful beach! We really had a great time were so comfortable!

House was extremely clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked. We had some trouble with the code initially but the POC was extremely responsive and made the process simple. Beautiful spot on the beach with fantastic views. Olivia, Patrick and co were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay! A wonderful house on a beautiful beach. The hosts were great as always. We communicated with Maria throughout our stay for any questions we had and her responses were prompt and helpful. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

If you are looking to stay at a house right on the beach then this is a great location on a wonderful beach. However, for the steep price of the rental, there were many issues that were very frustrating. I find the 10/10 rating impossible to believe. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within minutes. There was a you know what stain in a toilet. All the door screens in the house were broken. Outdoor bushes were so overgrown you could barely use the path to the outdoor shower. Tub stopper was broken. Whole place had lots of wear that were not depicted in the pictures (which were clearly outdated) Finally in the middle of our stay, we had a sulfur smell that was so severe we had to evacuate our rental for a few hours and the fire department had to come and ensure there was no gas leak. Luckily it wasn’t gas but it was found out later to be a sewer issue that the owners were unable/unwilling to fix during our stay. So we were left to deal with occasional sewer smells when flushing toilets. We were offered a 350 refund as well as a refund of our cleaning fee but this was only a small fraction of the cost of our trip and the stress of our stay. Renters beware.

It’s not often you find a vacation property that checks all the boxes, but this is it. The comfortable and sizable property, the amenities (it has everything you could possibly need at a beach house and then some), the incredible location, the diligent owners and their amazing communication and service - it’s all five stars. This is a very special place that we always hate to leave and that we hope to visit for years to come.

Lovely home directly on the beach where we were able to make incredible memories. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly want from a kite to fly to multiple beach chairs to every possible toy that your children would wanna play with including adults. The kitchen is outfitted with great appliances a gas grill on the deck with piped in propane. There truly is very little that you would need or want when you stay in this home. The owner is extremely responsive. I did have to reach out to her for one minor thing and within moments not even minutes moments she replied back I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or re-rent this property five stars all the way I would say the only thing that I would suggest is an enclosed outdoor shower that would be my only suggestion there is an outdoor shower, but it’s not enclosed.

This was our fifth year staying at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect, as it has been every other year. We have already booked for 2026! Olivia is very helpful and responsive and will take care of any issue immediately. Cannot wait to return.

We loved our stay in Wells! From my 88yr-old mother to our grandchildren, the house was perfect. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom with accessible shower on main level where she could access deck. We had the deck, a lower level to sit and the amazing beach and ocean. We had everything we needed and Olivia was always responsive to questions. Just waiting to go back next year!

Home was beautiful, spotless and welcoming. Olivia was responsive and so sweet! Location is perfect and the views are endless! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Our stay was fabulous, we have grown out of hotels with the grandchildren and absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property. Will book in future for our summer vacation, goodbye to hotels.

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.

My family and I have stayed at Olivia & Mark's property for several years now. It is the perfect property for us and our needs with comfortable bedrooms and the perfect main living/dining space (with a cozy fireplace). The location cannot be beat and Olivia is wonderful and responsive as a host. We cannot wait to return next year.

This was our fourth year staying in this house and we just love it. As a family we are starting to outgrow it and will soon need something bigger, which makes us all so sad because we love staying here.

Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!

A relaxing paradise to gather with family and friends! Daily walks on the beach, flying kites and playing bocce were some of the highlights. The house is well appointed with everything you would need.

Once again, The Beach House did not disappoint. Our semi-annual getaway weekend was a perfect escape. The house and all its amenities added to our enjoyment. Luckily, the weather was perfect for morning walks on the beach and enjoying the deck and its view. The sunrises were bright and spectacular. Thank you Olivia and Patrick.
