Breakwater can sleep 8-10 people with 2 king sized rooms, 2 rooms with a set of twins, and an optional futon and couch. This house is nicely appointed with local Maine products, and very comfortable furnishings. We've included many books, travel guides, games, and DVD's to make your stay more comfortable. The lawn is nice and large and goes right down to the oceanside with large rocks to sit and watch the comings and goings of the local birds and the marine aspects of the harbor. There's also a shared firepit and adirondack chairs that are shoreside along with an outdoor dining set and gas grill. Kayaks can be launched from this spot during high tide. brbrThis spectacular house is just a 5 minute walk to the village of SWH and all it has to offer! Many fine restaurants, bike shop, ice cream parlor, specialty food store, galleries, shops, tennis courts, and bus station. We have ample parking and are located next to Great Harbor marina where you can book many differednt types of harbor cruises.
