It has a corner scenic view of the sunrises and sunsets overlooking the Scarborough Marsh, Pine Point Harbor and Prouts Neck.brIt is less than a 3-minute walk to the 7-mile Pine Point Beach.brIdeally located, the property has a wrap around deck. On a clear day, from the deck, you can see Mount Washington, 91 miles west.brbrThe house is an original (award winning) Deck House, designed by the Architect, William Berkes. In 2017, the property was completely renovated. brThis renovation included the following: new kitchen and appliances, new washer/dryer, tiled bathrooms, hardwood, porcelain and marble flooring. In addition, a new GAF Roofing System and the deck house custom-designed, waffle door, were added. The house has imported fir and mahogany post and beams. Enjoy the spacious yard and the ample off-street parking. The convenient outdoor shower, propane grill, fire pit and patio with tables and chairs complete the backyard space. Lots of room for families to enjoy. The best part is... walk across the street to the beach or the trolley stop! Another vacation getaway brought to you by Navigator Vacation Rentals!brbrPlease note this is a family rental and although it sleeps 16, the house comfortably sleeps only 8-10 adults, and the remaining beds are best suited for children. In certain situations we may allow more adults for an added fee, please inquire before booking.brbrWalk into the front door and you'll see a quiet sitting room to the left, a dining room that opens into the eat-in kitchen to the right and a first floor queen bedroom in the back corner. A full bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a slider to the back deck/yard area.brbrUp the stairs you'll find a large queen bedroom with two beds and office/kid sleeping room plus two other queen bedrooms (one has a trundle) and a full bathroom on the second floor. The huge family room over the two car garage at the far end of the hallway has plenty of space for watching TV, reading or enjoying the bar. Step out onto the balcony and you can see and hear the ocean! brbrThe finished basement has a sitting area with sofa and day bed plus two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in one, and two twins in the other. Full bathroom including a washer and dryer complete the finished basement space. brbrThe yard is quite large and there is ample parking in the large driveway for all of your guests. (Sorry the garage is not for guest use). Patio set, an outdoor shower and fire pit complete the backyard space.brbrThe beach is 300 feet from the corner of the property down the access road across the street. There is a trolley that runs from one side of Pine Point to Old Orchard Beach and you can pick this up at the Holiday House diagonally from the corner of the property. It's about a 2 minute walk from the house.brbrThe famous Old Orchard Beach pier is just under 2 miles from the house (drive, bike, walk, or take the trolley). brbrThis side of Pine Point beach is quiet, however you can choose to walk to more than 8 eating establishments, there is something for everyone!brbrWe live 20 minutes away and can be of assistance if needed.

The first floor of the main house offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has twin-size bunk beds and the other has a double bed. This is a great space for visitors that have kids – the little ones can go to bed early downstairs while the adults can enjoy the evening upstairs. The washer and dryer are downstairs for easy access when coming back from the beach. brbrUpstairs in the main house features a large bedroom with a king-size bed off the large open concept kitchen, dining and living area. There are decks on each side of the house, both with water views – the ocean in the back and the Nonesuch River in the front. There is a grill on the back deck. The main house has an outdoor shower under the back deck. brbrThe guest house is a great place for visitors to join you for your vacation while not being too close – they will have their own private area featuring a king bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a loft above for well-behaved kids or adventurous adults (the loft is accessible by ladder only). The loft has an additional two full-size beds. There is a deck off the guest house with an additional grill for those not interested in the menu being offered in the main house. The guest house also has an outside shower. For the unfortunate rainy days, there is a covered walkway connecting the guest and main houses. br
