Down the hall you will find two queen bedrooms both with trundle beds. A full bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a slider to the front deck/yard area.brbrUp the stairs you'll find a large king bedroom with a private porch and a separate loft area that sleeps two, with beautiful lake views. There is also a desk and a full bathroom with shower (no tub) on the second floor. brbrThe finished basement has a sitting area with two day beds both with trundle beds and off that is a bunk bedroom with four twin beds (two sets of bunks). There is also a half bath on this level. A storage room including a washer and dryer and a spacious mud room with lots of hooks complete the basement space. brbrThe yard is quite large and there is ample parking in the large circular driveway for all of your guests. A fire pit completes the backyard space, and there is a hot tub too!brbrThis house is in the Overlook neighborhood. The roads are maintained by an association and you will need AWD to get up the hill into the neighborhood in the winter if there is snow or ice. brbrThere is a nice waterfront area right on Rangeley Lake for you to use - includes a kayak, swim dock and a swim area. Grills and open yard for games too! You will need to drive to the association beach but it's less than a mile away. Note the elevation of the house is at 1,950 ft and the main road and association waterfront area is at 1,500 ft of elevation.brbrYou will need a vehicle, ample parking!

Guests are asked to make their beds with the sheets provided upon arrival and put their trash into the bins outside on departure. brbrThis is a non-smoking property. brbrAround Camp:brThe camp has a front and back yard as well as woods behind the camp. You can drive directly to it in all seasons on a paved road. The small neighborhood is very friendly and people often walk their dogs and run along the road.brbrQuimby Pond is a no-motor’s fly-fishing only pond. It is beautiful to boat around, with easy access and excellent fly-fishing.brbrDirect access to snowmobile trails, so in the winter you can roll out of bed and hop on your snowmobile parked next to the camp and immediately get on the snowmobile trails.brbrEasy Access to Saddleback Mt.
