This home is located on the National Forest line in Cascade Village. Lift #20 at Cascade Hotel is a short distance from our home, with convenient parking nearby. The home sits at THE highest point in Cascade Village and is nestled against National Forest land, so it offers a great combination of views of Vail valley and the mountains out front, and tranquil very private mountain views out back (we often see deer and foxes out the back windows). brbrThe home sleeps up to 10 in four bedrooms (additional pullout couch in den), and is more than ample for 2-3 families to share (also includes one private garage parking spot with room to store skis and snowboards). Kids can be entertained downstairs (wii, videos, etc.) while parents relax in peace upstairs with the views and the (real wood) fireplace. The house also includes a well-equipped kitchen, stocked supplies, a 55 4K TV, three other flat screen TVs, a full cable lineup, a 8 persons hot tub in a totally private and secluded area with a view of the forest and the stars, and newer furniture throughout. There is also a great restaurant, and a lively bar/lounge for apris ski, all a short distance away at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. There is a free shuttle from the nearby Grand Hyatt Hotel to Lionshead and Vail Village. The kids can sled in a nearby field. Note that the house is a mountain property and with the great views and seclusion comes a some stairs and a driveway that is a bit more curved. A 4WD IS A MUST IN WINTER. Located on the third floor of the 9-unit building, we have vaulted ceilings and no one above you.brbrThis comfortable, family-owned, vacation condominium is not a part of a rental pool and is used primarily as our second home (only rented a few weeks each year). You deal with owners directly, not a rental agency. Plus, the kitchen is partially stocked so you do not have to go to the store for condiments that will go mostly unused.brbrFully furnished to sleep up to eight people comfortably.
