It has a great mix of old-school charm as a beautiful red brick building with luxury vinyl plank floors, plenty of windows and a modern style with great interior design, renovated kitchen and bath, and comfortable and stylish furniture.brbrThis Unit 1 is the largest unit on the front two-thirds of the first floor with a front and side entrance with direct access to the basement shared laundry. Both bedrooms are spacious with great light and closets. The kitchen and den are big and functional. Work from home with two desk setups - one in the den and the other in the front bedroom. brbrThere’s a grassy front yard and a fenced in backyard. Shared laundry is in the basement.brbrThe building was built in 1907, so despite being in great shape, there may be old building quirks and maintenance needs.
