NOW WITH NO CLEANING FEES!br The new leather couch in the living room folds out into a queen bed and the bedroom has been refreshed with the addition of its own smart TV! If you’re looking for the latest, we’re just the most fun! With a record amount of happy guests last summer, we anticipate another great summer season. Join the fun!br My home is your PRIVATE, conveniently located and romantic space for basing your operations while in Denver. We are near a long list of great diverse restaurants! Tennyson Street, 32nd and Lowell, LoHi, LoDo and Downtown are all nearby. The home is located in one of Denver's hippest, hottest, centrally located and a truly historic neighborhoods. Priced BELOW any boutique hotel and most other VRBOSs/ARBNB's of this size and none are this cool! br Or just chill and watch the 70 UHD TV and enjoy the 750mbs high speed internet. There is one private bedroom with queen sized bed and a new smart TV and walk in closet. The living room has games, books, and movies for you to enjoy during your stay. The island seats four. The bedroom closet is large and will easily handle your luggage.br The renovated kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans and utensils to help you make delicious meals. A microwave, tea pot, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and oven, and dishes are available for you. The open concept guarantees togetherness! And food delivery apps work great to!br The clean cool historic bathroom has an antique claw foot tub with a sturdy shower curtain. The sink and toilet are modern but of an antique style. If you demand a modern fully updated bathroom with a walk in shower, my 1912 beautifully restored home does not have that! br City of Denver Short Term Rental regulations require owners to live in the same home! I follow the law! The original front part of the house is ALL YOURS and is separated by a door at the back of the kitchen to the newer rear addition and basement access. Michael, your host, has his own rear entrance. The front porch has a table and swing for relaxing out doors - this is the smoking room! The unit is all tile floors so there is no build up of animal fur and our animals don’t live in the unit. Your parking and entrance is out front!br Before each rental, I personally clean the unit - and I do a great job! All the tile floors and are vacuumed, and all bedding items are changed for each new guest. 99% of our previous VRBO guests agree! If you feel you have an issue, I am here to help. Please be as reasonable as I am! We are available for any questions or needs you may have either in person, by text, or phone. br I will allow pets under very specific conditions. I need to have a conversation with you to see if I will let guests have a pet(s). Service animals are welcome, but they need to not be left n the home alone for any length of time. Welcome to Washington Park, one of Denver's most charming, oldest and most historic neighborhoods. You will be staying 7 blocks west of the park where you can enjoy many outdoor activities like jogging, walking, volleyball and biking. There are tennis courts, large flower gardens and a recreation center with an indoor pool. The park also has two lakes where you can rent paddle boats. brbrYou are also located two miles from Denver's best shopping, Cherry Creek Mall, and high end stores. Downtown is only 3.5 miles away and the University of Denver is only 3 miles away from this neighborhood home. If you want to enjoy the neighborhood there are several great restaurants, bars and coffee shops that you can easily walk to.brbrOur home was built in 1893 and the apartment upstairs is newly furnished and is completely private. It has one bedroom with a queen and one with a full size mattress, a queen size pull out sofa and a full size pull out day bed in the living room. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator/freezer and is fully equipped with all of your kitchen needs. There is NO OVEN/STOVE; however there is a portable induction range that can be used for anything that would otherwise be cooked on a stove top. The proper pots and pans are provided. There is also a microwave, toaster oven and toaster available. brbrTHERE IS NO STOVE (We do have an induction unit and plenty of pots, pans & skillets)brbrYou will also be able to enjoy free cable and internet, 2 TV’s, 3 Roku Stick's, air conditioning and 2 alarm clocks. If you are not renting a car for your visit the Lightrail station is only 8 blocks away. Denver also has Uber and Lyft for easy transportation.brbrThe house if over 120 years old and yes the hardwood floors make some noise but that does not affect the downstairs whatsoever. There is one thermostat that we control downstairs that we have to control but since we have started using our upstairs as a vacation rental we have gotten really good at controlling the temperature to make it comfortable for 99% of our guests. There is also a portable AC unit in the back bedroom (the one that tends to get a little warmer in the summertime) for guests to use in addition to our central air conditioning.
