Additionally, there are 4 chaises right in front of the pool. The pavilion provides the perfect amount of shade and sun throughout the day. However, there are built-in fans and heaters, so guests can customize the temperature to their liking. The outdoor kitchen is a dream! The island has a stunning black granite that has a soft leathery feel. The island has 4 bar stools. The island also includes an under-counter fridge, an ice maker, and trash compactors. To the right of the island is a top-notch Lynx grill. The dining area seats 14 comfortably. There is also an entire outdoor game area that includes a bocce court, a ping pong table, a putting green with 6 holes for the golfers, and a massive turf area for everything from cartwheels, cornhole, badminton or even movie nights. Our location is in the heart of the wine country and only 40 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. We're on Sonoma's coveted east side so Napa is easily accessible in 15 minutes drive. You can start your day with a drive to Napa or just enjoy the laid back historic wineries all around you in Sonoma. We are uniquely positioned with wineries all around on old country roads so minimal traffic. This offers a unique opportunity to tour the area by foot or on bikes. Our favorite mode of transportation is cruising the bikes to a couple wineries en rout to the famous Sonoma plaza which offers an abundance of tasting rooms, 5 star restaurants and great markets. The plaza also hosts many great festivals throughout the summer and fall so you never know what you might roll up on. brbrNow that you know what's around us let's talk about the great property you would be enjoying when you're not out and about. We just finished major renovation so everything including the beds are brand new. We have a large hot tub just off the back deck that overlooks our brand new in-ground swimming pool. The pool features an auto-cover and solar heat which keeps it very comfortable for at least 6-7 months of the year. We can monitor the heat remotely, and if needed, we can use our gas heater to get it to your desired temperature in the off-season. There will be an additional charge if gas heat is desired.
