Lovely Home & Cottage with Pool, Bocce and Game Room Near Sonoma Square

Overall our group enjoyed their stay at this property! There was plenty of space for 10 adults and one toddler. We enjoyed the location and amenities, and the property was designed well for communal areas for the group, but also private spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for meals at the house and we enjoyed the big dining table. There was some damage to the property from recent heavy storms that made our stay less than 100% perfect, but the host, Chris, made it right and was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. That’s all you can ask for when something unexpected occurs! Having a host who genuinely cares makes all the difference, and that was our experience with Chris.

Great property in a really good location. Beautiful property. Lots of things to do on the property that made spending time there a lot of fun. Hot tub was excellent. Home was well stocked and made preparing and enjoying our Thanksgiving's feast so wonderful.

Amazing Home! Beautiful, just like the pictures. Check-in and check-out was easy. Great communication by the hosts. Awesome game room. Very clean. The two bedroom unit had an old house smell to it, but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific stay. The house was clean, spacious and updated. Exactly as advertised. We would definatly stay here again if we are ever back in the area. This property has everything one needs to relax and enjoy the area. We enjoyed Bocce and the game room as well.

Beautiful property with lots of space for the 10 of us that stayed here. We had 4 couples and 2 single ladies to celebrate a 50th birthday. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great but the highlight was the deer in the morning. We had a minor issue with the drainage in the cottage house bathroom sink, but the management company took care of that right away. The kitchen was well equipped & included everything we needed to cook breakfast for 10 people.

This property is nothing short of amazing. We chose this option since we had a large group of people and it would allow for some time apart from each other. The pool, the hot tub, the game room, everything was just perfection.

The Fig and the Fern is a spectacular property. Our multigenerational family gathering was made so much more special by enjoying the spacious indoor and outdoor amenities- all of which were in pristine condition. The children loved seeing the deer every morning and swimming in the pool. The adults enjoyed the outdoor games, the happy children and the proximity to hiking trails and wineries. Perfect location, perfect property, perfect vacation.

High school friends of over 50 years, it was our first destination trip with spouses. This property and the wonderful suggestions made by Chris were perfect! We created meals together in the well-appointed kitchen almost every night. Told stories old and new in the comfortable surroundings. Headed out on adventures - Jack London SP, Pt Reyes, Napa, Sonoma Adventures biking, Sonoma Raceway, Armstrong Woods - and of course wineries. The room arrangements allowed couples and singles privacy, and all commented on the comfortable beds. We regret not having time or weather to use all of the available facilities and games at the property - but the ones we did use were awesome.

We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family getaway in Sonoma! The house was perfect for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We made great use of the game room and kitchen, and the location was fantastic—super convenient with easy check-in and check-out. One of the highlights was how stress-free the stay was, especially compared to other rentals. There weren’t any extensive check-out instructions, so we could simply pack up and go, which was a huge plus for our group. The pool cabana would be perfect for bigger kids or teens, but it was a little small for two adults. However, we made it work and appreciated having that extra space! Overall, this place was a gem, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it for families or larger groups looking for a relaxing and fun stay in Sonoma!

This is a great property and was so comfortable for our group of friends. The game room and other amenities were perfect. Also, the location felt very central to everywhere we went. Would definitely like to come back. Two minor recommended improvements: most premium properties we’ve stayed provide more paper products and didn’t expect us to do much of the cleaning on departure day. Both felt stingy given the rental rate of this property.

We had a great time with 5 couples (10 total). Great amenities, neighborhood, and proximity to town and vineyards. Excellent time.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. We especially enjoyed our time around the pool even though we never rolled back the cover. The cabana was smaller than anticipated but manageable. We had to contact the owners once, and they were quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property.

This property is very nice & the owners are very attentive to any needs that come up. We were a group of 3 couples who are close friends & this provided a homey setting for cooking, playing games, watching sports & home base for our wine tasting excursions etc. The kitchen & open living area were very nice & updated well. Our only complaint would be that the 2 bedrooms in the villa were quite small & cramped. I would suggest trading out one or both of the king beds with bunk beds. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay!

12 family members in for wedding. Great privacy for everyone. Close to town and venue. Loved our stay.

We booked the property for a wedding and had our entire extended family stay here. The group loved the pool and outdoor garden and patio areas, and the kids spent a lot of time in the separate game room. It was quite close to the Sonoma downtown area and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around.

We had a great time. There was plenty to do at the house in addition to easy access to wineries, resturaunts and other things to do.

wish we had more than one towel closest and room small but only sleeping. neighbours building next door during day hammering but that won't be issue in future great game room property great. rooms all small there than that it was great ....
