The Space:

Guests consistently love the outdoor spaces, and it's easy to see why. The pool and hot tub sit at the center of a professionally designed garden with outdoor dining and lounging for everyone. The bocce ball court, basketball, and ping pong keep things lively. And the Tequila Bar, a renovated vintage camper, is the detail that ends up in everyone's photo roll.



Inside, the main house is open, airy, and comfortable in the ways that matter: open-beam ceilings, a gourmet kitchen guests rave about, French doors opening to the outdoors, and a great room that brings everyone together without feeling crowded.



This property promotes a private and extravagant stay. Boasting five bedrooms each with a private full bath, king-sized bed, and flat screen. The main house includes four bedrooms and four and a half baths. For flexible sleeping arrangements, one of the main house king beds may be converted into two twin-sized beds upon prior request. The pool house is fully independent with its own kitchen, living area, and ensuite fifth bedroom, ideal for families or guests who want a little extra space. The pool house living room is also equipped with a built-in twin-sized bed.

County Ordinances mandate absolutely no music outdoors at anytime.

A signed rental agreement, release form, and a house rules document is required. Failure to sign will result in your reservation being cancelled.

This is a quiet neighborhood. The local sound ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm-10am. All noise must be brought inside at 9pm. Failure to comply could result in eviction without refund.

    This home is fantastic, with lots of room and great design; the kitchen is impressive and has everything you need. The beds are great, the bathrooms are super clean, and the Patio, gardens, and pool are just insane, amazing areas. It is also super close to great Sonoma and Napa spots.

The house itself is a masterpiece of design, featuring immaculate decorations, an exceptional kitchen, and exquisite Asian-inspired accents, all complemented by a mid-century modern flair. The garden and landscaping are a true oasis, ideal for relaxation, complete with a meticulously maintained pool area, a charming pool house, and multiple inviting spaces for gatherings. The outdoor BBQ grill was a highlight for evening cookouts. The value for money is undeniable; the property is not only as good as its pictures and description suggest but even more delightful in person.
