An attached spa is perfect for those wanting temperatures in the 100's. There is ample space around the pool for lounging or curling up on a couch. The rock river and falls is the perfect meditative backdrop. brNext to the pool is the outdoor dining pavilion. It has a large dining table that seats 12 adults. There is also a wood bar and a grill with two preparation/serving tables. brNext to the dining pavilion and pool is a full-size bocce court. Bocce balls are, of course, provided!brOn the other side of the pool and just outside the living room is a pool table, cuddler lounge chair, and additional seating. brbrLiving Room: This room is set up for a variety of uses. The large sectional couch (14 ft x 12 ft) plus two accent chairs can easily seat 12 adults for a movie night. A 80 4K TV with Apple TV interface is mounted on the wall and set up with several streaming services. The gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance to the entire room. There is a 6-person counter height table just behind the sectional couch, allowing groups to play games or have snacks while watching TV or socializing with others on the couch. No other houses on the hill are visible from the backyard. The large, saltwater pool is heated year round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming . An in-ground spa connects to the pool. There are also 8 pool loungers and two umbrellas that surround the pool. Overlooking the view is a large dining area with seating for 12. A large real grass lawn provides a luscious play area for kids and adults. And finally a sizable deck connects the kitchen and pool table room to the outside.brbrLiving Room: Directly inside from the pool is the living room. In addition to sharing the pool's spectacular views, it has two comfy areas for relaxing and gathering. Couches and accent chairs (easy seating for 10 adults) surround a 75 TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. The living room also hosts one of the two bars in the house. There is a piano that you are welcome to use; it is fully functional (but not recently tuned).brbrIf you need to work, the home is equipped with Gigabit wireless internet throughout. Two of the bedrooms have desks with chairs. The dining room, 2 bars, and kitchen island with counter stools host a variety of options for comfortable laptop spaces.brbrFamily Room: The family room is continuous with the kitchen. It hosts the house's second bar and a 9' long pool table.brbrKitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals.
