Sunny View Cottage in the Beautiful Wine Country

A lovely country feel cottage that is only a short drive into town. The house was comfortable, equipped with kitchen necessities and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The water was hot and the air conditioning was cold. Perfect. We will try to go back.

Quiet friendly

We had a great stay at this unit. We had two couples. The space was perfect. The beds werw comfortable, the seating in the living room was as well. The kitchen had sufficient supplies. We met Roger and had a very nice chat. We would rent again.

The perfect location for exploring Sonoma county. The cottage was quiet and peaceful and had everything we needed.

This may be the most pristine and well-appointed vrbo place we’re ever stayed in! It had everything and more that we could want and all in like-new condition. Very friendly hosts as well, and convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny View Cottage! We visited Santa Rosa in order to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Peanuts at the Charles M Schulz Museum. Such a peaceful location just outside of town. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It had absolutely everything needed. By far, the most well appointed place I’ve ever experienced. A great space to stay as a base for exploring the area as well a spot to stay in and relax. Would happily stay there again.

Really nice cottage set up - enjoyed having such a nice home base to visit wineries and do some walking on the Santa Rosa trail.

Quiet setting great location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage for a girls' getaway! It was comfortable and quiet, and perfect for our needs. The only hiccup was a power/water outage for a few hours our first night, which was completely beyond anyone's control. When I texted the owners to report it, they responded immediately and followed up with PG&E.We can't wait to go back!

I lived in Sonoma Co for years several years ago and have returned many times. I found this neighborhood, in a great location, new to me though I have driven by. It's a neighborhood of ranchettes and the No Outlet road makes for a nice walk. The facilities were comfortable and clean. We were very happy with it. We did have some trouble checking in because of very weak signals (had to drive back to starbucks to get internet). VRBO confessed they were having trouble at the time, though I would recommend downloading any available msgs prior to getting to the house. Internet in the house was fine. Thanks for having us!

We have been coming to the area for several years when we come to visit our son. This was the best rental we have stayed in. Very comfortable accommodations and great location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as was the bathroom. Beautiful, quiet location, yet near shopping, and all the area has to offer. We will be back!

This was our third stay here, everything continued to be as expected: clean, well-organized, well supplied. Very comfortable, roomy, private.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The cottage is located just out of town so it’s quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It nestled right up next to a Vineyard. Everything was perfect.

Enjoyed the location being near everything we were doing. Quiet and away from busy roads and traffic. Easy to get around to buy groceries, get gas and restaurants. Clean and nice setup inside and out.

This is a lovely homely place with all amenities that we needed to get over the 8 hour time change from the UK and prepare ourselves for our 4000 mile road trip to Canada and back over the next 4 weeks. We stayed here 2 years ago to do exactly the same thing and had no hesitation in coming back again.
