The backyard has an outdoor seating area, propane BBQ, propane fire pit, and a hot tub that seats up to 4 people. The home has a 220V EV charger on the side of the garage. Tesla charging cord available if needed.brGuest accessbrGuests have access to the entire home, front yard, back yard and garage. There is one lock-out closet in the hallway for our housekeepers to store supplies.brOther things to notebrWe have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is over the front door. The second captures the back patio area. Please be advised that while the camera is in no way aimed at the hot tub, the hot tub is in view in the lower corner of the frame. The security cameras are there to keep our guests safe and to protect the property owner. The owner needs to be able to monitor the patio area, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub in the event of any incident or accident.brbrOur hot tub maintenance man and gardeners come every Tuesday between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm. They will access the hot tub and back yard through the side yard gate. Please be kind if you see them.
