Beautiful Remodeled Condo With Patio Near West Beach

We had an excellent stay here over the week between Christmas and New Years. The condo had a great space for entertaining and we found ourselves hosting my siblings and their children for multiple dinners and New Years Eve (sorry about the confetti - kids!).The condo had everything you could possibly need to cook. We made brownies, brunch, and even gumbo. All we needed to provide was the ingredients.The location can't be beat. Easily walk to the beachfront, the Wharf, the shops of State Street, or the Funk Zone (our favorite destination). Every day we were able to walk and have breakfast a different little local bakery. No shortage of options nearby! My Apple Fitness was wondering what the heck was happening cause my daily steps exploded the week we stayed there.

Clean space and great location

The rental is beautifully appointed and very clean. The outdoor space is such a plus, as well. We appreciated having beach chairs, towels, etc. for guest's use. It would have been a perfect stay, except for the noisy neighborhood at night. It was warm during our stay, so with no a/c we slept with the windows open. Unfortunately the bar behind the building has live music until late at night. In addition, there were several loud parties in the neighborhood during our stay. If we closed the windows, it was too stuffy to sleep, even with the fans.

Very relaxing stay in beautiful Santa Barbara. Condo was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped in both kitchen and linens, very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I stayed there while visiting my family. This is the perfect spot to be. The unit was beautiful, clean, spacious, and open. The patio was a great spot to sit in the evening with a glass of wine, or to unwind after a busy day. 2 blocks from the beach is easy to reach for a morning stroll in the sand, or wide clean walking path. Everything in the unit was provided (although the tV's were a bit hard to operate, as I'm not used to streaming. ) The bedrooms were spacious and the king and Queen bed were comfortable. If we ever coming to Santa Barbara again this will be the place for us!

This is the perfect location to walk to great restaurants, fun shopping, and access to several beaches. It’s walking distance to SBCC, State street, and the funk zone.

This was the perfect place in a great location close to the beach as well as State Street. We would stay here again. Everyone at the management company was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Every room was well appointed, the host thought of everything. Very organized. There is a Pub near by and they had an event with a live band outside but quit at a decent hour, 10:30pm. We would stay there again.

This place was great! Very comfortable, we had everything we needed. We walked everywhere! Funk zone, marina, State street, groceries and the restaurants by the marina. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely and comfortable place to stay in Santa Barbara. Clean, centrally located and well appointed. the outside patio was lovely and the grill was used by us regularly during our 12 day stay.
