Upscale Downtown home. Walk to Beach, Bars, and Shops

Implacable home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay super enjoyable. I have never worked with a host like Michael. I texted him that our coffee machine had a glitch and he went and bought a new one for us. Despite the fact that we had other coffee options such as French press and pour over. Very sweet person. He informed me of the amazing history of the house. Loved the clean bathrooms and the new renovation designs of the house. We had a flower arrangement next to each bed. Kitchen had more tea options than I have at my own house. Very cute porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Close to everything you want to see.

This is the most amazing home! Very tastefully decorated but not overly crowded. I have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. From the tea selection ( probably 20 kinds) to the various ways to make your coffee ( pour over, French press, keurig and full pot options) to the spices and kitchen supplies. I believe every kind of spice was in the kitchen and there was a stand mixer and an ice maker. The bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as q-tips, cotton balls and Kleenex. The host was very responsive with suggestions of places to eat and general information. It was lovely to sit on the front porch after a long day of sight seeing. The location is right in the downtown area about a block from all the restaurants and shops. It was a great location. We will definitely stay here again. It’s just beautiful and convenient. It really was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend booking this VRBO you will not be disappointed. The owners outdid themselves with all the details and amenities, very impressed. I’d say the only downfall of the stay was we wanted to stay in the house more than be out!

Michael was such an incredible host. From the second we walked into the property, we felt like it was a home away from home. The check-in process was seamless, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully-stocked with anything we could need for our stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the decor was cozy and welcoming. We had an exceptional time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was wonderful with easy access to downtown. The house was immaculate. The owner is extremely helpful and available. This was the best VRBO experience I have had, absolutely perfect. Thank you, Michael!

Charming home, even nicer than the pictures show. It was clean, spacious, organized, filled with every amenity. Michael was extremely responsive, both before and during our stay. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful, updated property, with full/well-stocked kitchen. Excellent downtown location, with easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Fantastic, thoughtful host. Definitely 10/10.

We had the best family time in this wonderful home! You want for nothing and you will sleep like a baby!

This spot was exactly as pictured in a great location. The host was very respectful, communicative, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this spot to a family or group renting in Santa Barbara!

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for our short, 2 night stay in SB. Next time we come we plan to actually enjoy the home a bit more. Beds were comfy, filtered water throughout home along with easy to operate air/heating controls. Updated kitchen appliances, huge round dining table and a fully stocked kitchen and games to play. The homes offer 3 porches and its very own parking lot behind the house . We will rebook again!! Oh, the Host also sent us the history of home that dates back to 1906. Hubby mentioned that he felt right at home as well.

We loved this house! Top of the line everything! Fully stocked-coffee, tea, creamer, etc. Beds were wonderful. Walkable to so many fun things to do! Only bad thing was that we could only stay one night. We will definitely come back to this house

Michael’s lovely house is exactly as described. The charming house is comfortable and modern in all the ways that matter and the high-end and finishes are impeccably maintained. True pride of ownership.

One of the best rental experiences I have ever had, and I have rented a lot of houses - half a dozen this year alone. Beautifully appointed home, great walkable location, super responsive owner. Absolutely perfect for our girls getaway. We felt completely pampered - more like a luxury hotel than a typical rental. Totally can’t wait to go back!

Viking fridge, dishwasher, oven, All-Clad everything, etc... Amazing historic retreat. Too many amenities to list so I'll just say... wow! Step out the door and fall into restaurants, clubs and very cool shops and a stones throw to an upscale mall. Kudos!
