Bright California Bungalow in the Heart of Downtown Santa Barbara

Incredible stay, minutes from State Street, huge living room and kitchen. Had a wonderful stay in SB and would definitely book this place again for future visits.

The host was great; location couldn’t be better. Cottage has everything we need to make our stay feel like home. Comfortable floor plan is excellent for two singles. Wish we had stayed longer.

Terrific location just two blocks from State St., so we could walk everywhere! Loved the house, very spacious and comfortable with huge, well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to relax, plus beautiful updated bathrooms. Host Josef was helpful and gracious. We’ll be back!

We had a great 3-night stay at Casa Figueroa. The location was excellent; just a short walk over to the many restaurants on State St. and even walkable (just over a mile) to the beach. The house was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the cute front porch. The beds and couches in the house were comfortable. I would recommend Casa Figueroa to friends and family.

The pictures on the Vrbo site are an accurate depiction of the interior. What you see is what you get. It was beautifully decorated with a seashore theme. Very clean and quite comfortable for the four of us. I also just have to add the bath towels were very fluffy - felt like a 5 star hotel. We have used Vrbo properties in the past for our vacations and this by far was the best. The location to downtown Santa Barbara was great! Very walkable to shops and restaurants as well as a full grocery store less than a block away. We enjoyed the outdoor space and took advantage of the fire table for a relaxing dinner around it.

Beautiful home with convenient location walking distance to downtown. We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was spacious enough for a few of us to get ready in. The property manager was so communicative and helpful and responsive, and also generously shared a welcome gift basket. We had a bit of issues with the lock the first day, and the property manager was so swift in helping us troubleshoot and eventually resolve the issue for us. The property was clean and well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked. Parking around the area can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead!

Super cute home in a great location! Walking distance to State Street and the Funk Zone, as well as other historic sites. It's an older home that has been updated with all that you need, from nicely remodeled bathrooms, comfortable beds, large living room/gathering space and a full kitchen. Exactly what we needed :-)

Lovingly maintained quintessential cottage in the heart of Santa Barbara, where you can walk to pretty much any restaurant or attraction. At first, you may notice the house is across an auto mechanic shop, but we found the days and nights quite, except for the occasional dog barking next door. For very light sleepers, bring ear plugs. However, the beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom was recently renovated and was not only gorgeous but spacious and functional. Josef was very responsive and made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a large, airy dining area. Very cozy and cute patio with gas fireplace and a monster stainless steel BBQ! Parking pass is provided for a private lot across the street (very convenient, well-lit and felt safe). Note there is no A/C (only fans and heater), but we visited during the Spring (so no need for A/C). We would definitely stay here again for an unique and memorable in-town Santa Barbara experience. Great location and very comfortable accommodations!

This charming bungalow was the perfect location for our family wedding weekend. The location allowed us to walk to many venues & the home was incredibly cozy and comfortable. Every amenity we could need was there for us. We look forward to returning to this gem of a house!

Such a great house. It’s a perfect location and a great space to relax in between activities. My daughters and I really enjoyed it and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. I highly recommend this house!

Great home, walking distance to restaurants and shops

Ideal home for two couples! Kitchen is well stocked which makes it easy to have meals at home. Location is fabulous with access to downtown.

Absolutely love this property. Have stayed 3 times and it never diappoints! Lovely home. Wonderful location. Host is very easy to communicate with and genuinely wants your stay to be pleasant and memorable. Recent remodel of the master bath a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again.

We picked this property to be close to the wedding venue (2 blocks away). We reached out to the property owner, who was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The property is much bigger than it looks from the outside with 2 masters a gourmet kitchen, and a large living room. It was perfect.

Great little bungalow in a convenient location

Not only was this home near everything in downtown, but it contained everything you could possibly want in a short term rental. The nearest full grocery is on the next block, downtown is a few blocks away with a myriad of restaurants, tours start points, and historical sites (SB taco tour, do it!). The beach/wharf is a longer walk, but you can always drive to those if you want (but may not wish to be driving after visiting the many very walkable restaurants and tasting rooms on State St). The kitchen is a foodie dream with every needed implement and wonderful cooking spaces. If we had a longer stay (which is likely in the cards for the future) I'd have loved to take greater advantage of this and the outdoor space (with grill) that we just didn't fit in this time.

Very comfortable, very clean, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated. (Photos are accurate.) Convenient to State Street, restaurants, shops, grocery store, and beach. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms make this a perfect house for two couples. Josef was a wonderful host. Upon our arrival was a wonderful welcome basket which was very nice and thoughtful! Josef was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Josef.

Fantastic place!! The house was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and in a great location. Josef was an excellent host, easy to get ahold of and friendly. He gave an early checkin without us even asking. I would highly recommend this place and will use it again if I’m in Santa Barbara.
